Great place to eat lots space. The staff was friendly, young and and happy. Only issue was that they took so long to bring the... pizza. Lots young girls working and one guy. The conversation was good I think so the pizza was not kept on track. Other thanthat lots of great options for salad bar and soda. Next time I go service will be great. And I can give 5 starts. Didn't have the greatest pizza but we ordered the personnel pizza so the slices were kinda small maybe if we ordered the bigger... ones it would have been better the salad bar was good Read more
Sal, I?m disappointed in what has become straw hat pizza. This was a one and done for us after 30 years of pizza experience. It... has been over 10 years since my last straw hat experience and it was atrocious. The girls that took my order didn?t know leftfrom right. When I picked up my pizza and salad I had no idea I was supposed to make my own salad until a lovely patron educatedme after 30 minutes of me standing there. Thank goodness for the other customers to help me. I?m just really disappointed in theservice and I would think sal would want to know about this. I will not be back. Read more
My favorite pizza place! Great salad bar great tasting pizza and not over priced.
It's rare when I leave a negative review but my latest visit to this location calls for it. My family and I came here for dinner... and the pizza we ordered was given to us raw in the middle! I mentioned it to the ladies working the front register and one ofthe ladies offered to make us a new pizza or cook the one we received longer. I declined the kind gesture because we alreadystarted eating it. However, I think more training is needed for the cooking staff at this location so I hope the managers readthis. Read more
Great service. Very clean. Salad bar well stocked and staff contined to make sure food area was clean. Very roomy, a litte... dated, but still enjoyed our pizza in a quite none crowded setting. Will go back again. Read more
The woman's bathroom was a mess, even after a worker went in there.....Other than that customer service and food was great.
