I went 11/26/22 and 11/27/22 and there doors where closed only drive thru. And on the app they just say they are out of... everything but once you order on person they have it. Read more

Out of stock on what seems to be everything. I laugh because they're constantly bout of stock on stuff but whipped cream? I... don't drink a fancy drink, but my wife does. Got stuck in line ( which wasn't fast) just to have to go somewhere else. Read more

If I could give a 0/5 experience I would. I visited this location 09/02/2022 in the morning after placing an mobile order at... 7:42am. I then went through the drive through and when asked when I placed the order, I was unsure and said maybe 4 minutes ago.In reality it was place 10 minutes before I went through the drive through for pickup. The store was not busy and I was given anuncomfortable attitude from one of the baristas telling me TWICE that I needed to give them more time before picking up my order(Telling me 5-7 minutes). If the barista would have looked at my ticket they would have known I placed my order 10 minutes ago,not 4 minutes prior. If the baristas are going to act like they are entitled and have some sort of power, they should at leastfact check themselves. I worked with Starbucks for over 4 years in three different states, recently quitting for my career aftergraduating. I know placing a mobile order and then going through drive through is not a big deal, especially after working inmultiple locations with the highest volumes of the districts. An attitude check for the passive aggressive barista is much need.Don't soil the Starbucks name honey. Read more

We where there waitting did not call names for drink to pick up. And the place was dirty and it was not busy. Just saying.

Tabby and Lindsey are extremely rude for no reason at all. We had a small order that seemed to bother her for no apparent reason... other than us mistaking the dragon fruit drink as just drank fruit which was no big deal to us but to Tabby seemed to disturbher. When I called to complain about tabby slamming the window on us after handing our drinks mid sentence, Lindsey hung up thephone when asked for corporate for whatever reason. I don?t think Lindsey is the manager and was trying to cover for Tabby.Regardless I will be calling corporate for a formal complaint. Don?t wanna serve customers? Don?t work in customer service. Tabby the server is extremely rude and when we called to complain Lindsey the ?manager? (who I?m sure isn?t) hung up the phone... on us I WILL be calling corporate. Don?t work in customer service if you are unable to serve customers. Read more
