We went to dine in to have the salad bar. There's a sign saying state law says one trip to the salad bar, which is fine. The... problem is the salad bar had almost no salad and few toppings. There was no salad dressing either. There were no forksavailable and when I asked for forks the lady acted like it was an inconvenience for her to have to move from where she wasleaning on the counter. When they brought our pizza to the table the lady gave me a dirty plate, and I'm not talking about waterspots, there was pepperoni stuck to the plate. Read more

Went in for the lunch special. Salad looked wilted. Spinach had spoiled, Brocolli was not fresh, had browned on ends . ... Although emplyees saw we got lunch special, the bar was almost empty and they did nothing to refill it . Also we found a signnear salad bar saying only one trip due to covid. Thats ridiculous. One or two trips make no diference . We found it as apoor excuse to provide less service. The pizzas also lacked everything, is most likely why its so slow there. I used to workfor round table & I wont be returning. Its over priced for what your providing or not providing I should say. Hope yourlistening. Read more

they gave me a burnt cheese pizza and then said it was ?light? cheese. they also have really bad attitudes they did the same... thing to my friend . i would never come here again Read more

I ordered take out from an online order. They were very busy. I made my own family size salad and they have a large selection... of "add-ons". Dressing portions are in small cups which does not accommodate the family sized portion. The pizza did not havea crispy crust as ordered and they couldn't find my pizza. Read more

I receive my order and my order was wrong. I called back for a re-delivery, the manager of the Brentwood California location... told me that they will not be able to deliver my pizza. When indeed they made the mistake. The Manager informed me that I cancome pick the pizza up. Not only was the mistake not on my end it was on the store and also I paid I pay for delivery. My orderwas delivered wrong. The manager refused to redelivered the pizza. Also he will not give me his name and he refused to give methe corporate number. I been online looking, trying to contact the corporate office about the bad customer service for hours.They have no corporate number online. Also I have called three or four stores and they have no corporate office number instore.. This is very unacceptable coming from a manager, customer service is very important to me and coming from a manager thisis very Inappropriate. store has no customer service. Read more

I recently placed a order at this location where I was overcharged. I had provided my coupon over the phone where it was... declined at pickup and was told it expired when in reality it expires 12.31.21. I called to have this issue resolved today sincethe coupon in fact wasn't expired and that was the reason given on why I was overcharged and only given 5 dollars off when Iinquired with the person who picked it up. The supervisor LUPE who assisted me, if that really is her name being she didn't wantto provide her full name once I mentioned escalating the issue, gave excuse after excuse as to why I was overcharged. I hadsomeone else pick up the order because it was for a party but my total over the phone was less than what was charged. The pickup person stated the man who on the receipt shows as Daniel M gave the excuse the coupon expired but was willing to give 5dollars off then according to supervisor Lupe who wasn't even present the day of my order gave the excuse the coupons were validbut not for this location which should've been disclosed during ordering instead I was given total with my coupon included andat pick up told coupon expired. Lupe dropped the ball especially as a Supervisor giving excuses instead of resolving the issueshe escalated it more! She told me go head and dispute with my bank because she couldn't do anything for me in regards toresolving the issue. Didn't even apologize for this whole ordeal. I was willing to pay the total of 47 but 60 bucks isn't thetotal given upon ordering via phone. She needs to honestly be fired if she doesn't have the basic problem solving and customerservice figured out because her problem solving and customer service skills were complete TRASH! I was shocked when she statedshe was the manager then later changed to supervisor but might explain the nature this location is being ran!
