This chain of restaurants were good at one point. Our wait time took about 45 minutes due to short staff. Once we were seated... our food took another 25 minutes. As I began to eat my food I noticed a hair in my ranch dressing. I advised the server alongwith the manager who in turn offered to remove the item off the tap and discount the rest of the meals and also gave me somecoupons for a future visit. Read more

It is so refreshing a restaurant keeps its quality over the years. I had their guacamole burger for years, it is still the best.... They are one of the few restaurants that offer lower calorie substitute to french fries also. I had burgers around the world,often paying several times more, but nothing comes close to their burgers. Good burgers, however the food servers are not trained well. This is the second time I went with my family after Red Robin sent... email promotions. When we arrived, I asked about the promotions and he (very nice young man) told me no problem only to learnlater they will only honor one, not both. A bit disappointing. Read more

Burgers were juicy and fries were excellent. Onion rings were out of this world. I made the mistake of getting a gluten free... bun, don't get a gluten free bun!!! It taste like cardboard. I'm giving this place 4 stars only because our drinks never cameuntil after food was delivered and when asked what side dipping sauces we wanted, we had to ask three times for them, after thefood sat for 15 min and got cold. All in all, good family place to eat, the waiting staff need help from their management toensure a good customer experience. NEW Steakhouse burger was BEST I've had @ Red Robin. Medium cooked, add dipping sauces for steak fries, also avail. garlic, or... loaded. Many side options. Full bar, draft beers, extensive bev menu, includes pumpkin spice shakes. Read more

Honestly, the so called ?pizza? is awful and shouldn?t be on the menu. IMHO, it?s an embarrassment to Red Robin. The crust (if... not the whole item) is very thin and dry and tasteless, obviously production line pre-made and refrigerated or frozen waybeforehand, worse than what they sell in Walmart?s deli. Notice the photos. Barely any sauce, cheese or meat for what?s charged.A rip-off at $14 for the 10? one I tried. Round Table puts this menu item to shame BTW!! Fortunately, a $10 off special came inthe mail and was taken off my tab, but I almost gagged while eating a portion of it and decided to throw most of the lousy crustout. Ugh ????. My Big tavern burger faired not much better, as the small patty was bone dry, like it had been kept in a warmerall day, definitely not grilled to my order, because I BBQ a lot and know the difference. The tower onion rings is our favorite - so crunchy. I like the Sunset Lemonade - the sourness is right for me and it's... bottomless :D of course we also love the bottomless fries. I haven't been to a Red Robin in over 10yrs. I was excited to sink my teeth into one of thier Signature Burgers. We started off... with the Island Heat Wings. DELICIOUS and cooked just right. The burger I selected was the Scorpion Burger, what an invitingselection of ingredients as I prepared for an adventure in taste. My daughter had the Fish n Chips. I was DISAPPOINTED with theburger. Lack of flavor and dry like the Sierra Desert ???? ! How does a place that specialize in burgers fail me. The fish nchips and the wings were FAR BETTER then the burger. This location wasn't busy with only 2 other tables occupied on the barside, which I have no idea why we were seated there. Service was SUPER SLOW and food was either forgotten or our order wasn'tplaced. Endless fries, cold....and I had to ask for them. So, I'm aware things have changed since Covid. But if an establishmentis interested in keeping customers happy and making sure a return visit is in the future. Some extra training should beimplemented. We all have good and bad days, this is human nature. I will return for the wings and atmosphere as the decor wasdefinitely inviting and comfortable. The attention to cleaning was witnessed and some employee interaction was also observed tobe a pleasant working environment. Read more
