It is so refreshing a restaurant keeps its quality over the years. I had their guacamole burger for years, it is still the best.... They are one of the few restaurants that offer lower calorie substitute to french fries also. I had burgers around the world,often paying several times more, but nothing comes close to their burgers. I hope they keep the quality. Read more
Good burgers, however the food servers are not trained well. This is the second time I went with my family after Red Robin sent... email promotions. When we arrived, I asked about the promotions and he (very nice young man) told me no problem only to learnlater they will only honor one, not both. A bit disappointing. Read more
Burgers were juicy and fries were excellent. Onion rings were out of this world. I made the mistake of getting a gluten free... bun, don't get a gluten free bun!!! It taste like cardboard. I'm giving this place 4 stars only because our drinks never cameuntil after food was delivered and when asked what side dipping sauces we wanted, we had to ask three times for them, after thefood sat for 15 min and got cold. All in all, good family place to eat, the waiting staff need help from their management toensure a good customer experience. This is not the fault of the waiters and waitresses, it is a leadership issue. Will RedRobin fix this? Left a 22% tip. --------------------------------------------- 9/10/2022 Update What happened??? This chain of restaurants were good at one point. Our wait time took about 45 minutes due to short staff. Once we were seated... our food took another 25 minutes. As I began to eat my food I noticed a hair in my ranch dressing. I advised the server alongwith the manager who in turn offered to remove the item off the tap and discount the rest of the meals and also gave me somecoupons for a future visit. Read more
