My daughter ordered a cake on Saturday. Was told the cake would be ready no earlier than 2:00 pm to pick it up. She got there at... 2:30 pm. The ?assistant? told her the cake was not ready and to come back in 30 minutes. My daughter came back, picked up thecake, with the wrong color bow and missing the sentiment flags. After some back and forth they begrudgingly gave her thesentiment flags (keep in mind her receipt showed EXACTLY what she ordered. The kicker is the owner (or manager) told mydaughter, that she basically was going to believe everything her assistant said and nothing that my daughter said. On top of it,the marble cake we ordered was NOT marble, unless they make it now with cinnamon! Very disappointing! And I?ve spent hundredsof dollars there in the last year with graduation parties, going away parties, and birthdays. We will not be back and that?s ashame - over a $37.50 cake! Not even an apology! The customer service is really good here. I actually thought maybe I was missing something not being a huge fan of these little... treasures, nope after my big gift purchase I'm still not a huge fan. I'm not a fan of vanilla anything and although the cakeitself is super moist, the icing completely turns me off and is really, REALLY sweet. However I do believe I saw a 'naked'cake advertised; that would surely be my favorite. Read more

I was really disappointed on the customer service. I walked in to pick up my online order. There was a couple being assisted by... a different person and I walked up to the register where a different person was standing and the person didn't acknowledge me,didn't greet me, she just walk to the back. I decided to look at some of the gifts they had and I was really interested inbuying some things but when I was finally helped the person put my things on the counter and didn't even tell me my order wasready. I literally grabbed my things and left. I would've purchased so much more if it wasn't for their lack of attention andcustomer service. Read more
