????RACIST EMPLOYEES ???? If I could give 0 stars I would! Today went in and there was a white guy being assisted and two... black girls ahead of us (Arabs) were in line for a bit. Don?t know exactly how long these girls were in line for. Anyway, theyended up leaving. A few minutes later, the white guy was done. We were next. The worker that was helping him did not say a wordto us. He just turned around. That?s it! There were MORE THAN 6 WORKERS in there FILLING UP ORDERS. For who? I don?t know. Couldbe online or phone orders because the people in there dining in had their food already. Minutes have passed and we are juststanding there waiting to be helped, mind you we were not acknowledged by any of those workers. The phone rang and one of thegirls dropped everything in her hands and answered the phone. We waited, waited, waited, nope no one is acknowledging us. WHY? Idon?t know? Could it be them being racist? PROBABLY. Why wouldn?t anyone in there acknowledge us?. At the end we left. Willnever return to this deli. I?ll go spend my money and time somewhere else that?s gonna acknowledge me standing in front ofthem. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS KINDER! Read more
They do not wear gloves and touches everything while preparing your food including wiping hands on dirty apron and then touches... your food again. I hope a health inspector come close this place down. Then maybe the managers and owner will take contaminationseriously and stop letting the staff tell then what they are going to do. If you can't follow rules and processes you need togo! Period! Read more
Bay Area staple. Great BBQ and the ball tip sandwiches are famously great. Also have a butcher shop with meat and twice baked... potatoes you can also order ahead for bbq's and functions. Great customer service and super nice folks as well. Usually a linebut thats because its worth it. BBQ sauce is available in stores as well. All around great spot for a sandwich and any bbq's youhave planned. The twice baked potatoes are a family staple for 49er tailgates as well. Read more
I?m pretty obsessed with the buffalo chicken protein bowl, getting it at least 1x week now since I discovered it. This bowl is... so packed with flavor and punch. Chicken is always cooked perfectly and the blue cheese crumbles are where it?s at. This thingis fantastic. Read more
They have great food and always place the order exactly as we ask for it, whether it?s in person or on the phone. They greet you... when you come inside, and are very friendly. We love their California chicken club sandwich, baked beans, fries, and bacon fromtheir deli counter. Their bbq sauce has just the right sweetness. Love this place. Read more

Famous Bbq sauce place with bbq meat sandwiches. Got the ribeye sandwich combo it was only ok. Kind of pricey for what it is.... Bread was too tough and doesn?t come with a drink. Beans and potato salad was bland. Read more
If you have any melanin, I advise you to search elsewhere... Otherwise, you will be paying for overpriced cardboard flavored... meats. Literally the most bland driest, unappetizing food ever. Have they heard of spices? I'm guessing not. Someone shoulddonate a jar of paprika or cumin to this establishment. I'm not sure how it has 4.3 stars; maybe their customers don't expectspices or flavor on their foods. Read more
