Its not a real pizza place its a little kid (some adults) playground! It was my grt nieces kara and grt nephews callen's b-day.... There parents got them a b day pakege that gave them free wrist banda good for 2hours of free rides and game play. Which was funwhen the kids wernt lookin u get to take and rack up the points for them for the end when they get to pick out their prizes! Ohyea my friend lost her phone, and at the end of those hard working kids (employees) day, they called me and told me they foundit and gave it back. Which was hella cool. The party was a sucess! It was the worst, I just left this morning, I got the vip private party package, and it was horrible, I was given a discount... because the place was dirty, soda machines didn't work, had to ask for things that came with the party, and still not geteverything, and we found a Xanax in the booth any child could pick up and get a hold of, it was horrible, and the kids didn'teven get there ice cream, I mean this package is the most expensive and you didn't even give me what's in the package regardlessof the discounts that was forced because of the pill we found, it was horrible and not even worth the full price and not evenworth the discount prize, train your staff better and don't say you clean with ecolab when I see you crew cleaning with dollarstore supplies, false advertisement. My family and I went to Chuck E. Cheese over this past weekend and it was the best experience I have ever had at one of their... locations. So much so I am writing a review about it. The food was great, staff friendly and accommodating. Not to mention thefacility was very clean. We will absolutely be visiting again in the near future. Thank you Chuck E. Cheese Brentwood! Affordable place to have the kids play and eat. Large pizza, 4 drinks, 1 side & 136 points was cheap. Place was clean, bathroom... was clean and the staff were nice. Not alot of people so it was perfect! Tickets are added into the card. Read more
Going to Chuck E Cheese can always be stressful. This time there were birthday parties, football team championship dinner. ... Needless to say it was extremely hectic. Getting someone to help you with anything took a while. The person at the registerwas nice and made it stress free to place an order The pizza was actually tasty. They do have one of the best pizzas I've everhad. The cleaning was not high on their list. I asked them to clear out the tables and was told they were too busy. So Imoved to a table that has nothing on it. Just asked for them to clean. Overall, it's the same stuff but getting worse. Thetickets are super expensive and so is everything else. Read more
