If you order online you will get less food and you might be missing items. I've been visiting this location less and less,... sometimes the food is good other times bad. It's always better to make your burrito/taco at home. Chipotle claims to use fresh &simple ingredients but it's LOADED WITH truck tons of SODIUM. The customer service in person is always great, the staff arenice. Also do yourself a favor and try other Mexican restaurants in brentwood/antioch Some tips: don't go an 1:30hours beforethey close. $12 burrito? No way. Thank you for reminding me that I live in California and can get better, local, authentic food at a taco... truck or family business. All of our food arrived cold and you can?t change/edit a lot of items when ordering? Prix fix? This isdisappointing. Read more
PAY ATTENTION: Food is always great the only thing I think needs to be paid attention to is whom ever is serving up your meal.... Depending on the person, some are generous with portions and some not. If you ask for what you know should be more than you'vegotten, or less when they load you with rice. Say something and let them know you will not be paying extra for what should havebeen a regular portion. Pittsburg is much more consistent with everything you ask for, Oakley not so much. Read more
Used to be a good spot. Always had a long line. Started ordering ahead to avoid the lines. The last few times I have been there... the quality was way downhill. I ordered a burrito and it was about half the size as they used to be. Figured it was a one timething, but the last time I ordered ahead and grabbed a burrito it was even smaller than the one before. Not just nit picking anda little smaller, like half the size of a normal burrito not even the length of a cell phone. It was mostly just foldedtortilla. I will never eat at this location again (century blvd) We waited 10 minutes for only one person in front of us and I wondered... why because there were 5 employees that I could see. An employee was literally eating chicken being chopped up with no gloveson, with her mouth open... (I later learned it was the manager). When I asked if someone could wash the tables (they were allfilthy but no one was seated in the restaurant) the "manager" yelled at me because I apparently crossed a line leading to thekitchen. When she came out she shouldered me when my back was turned (I was getting a drink) and then said Scuze meee-- that'swhen I found out she was the manager because I then asked for the manager. She would not give her name and was not wearing aname tag when I asked for it. I had planned on calling the incident in but I decided not to. I instead decided that my familywon't be eating at this location ever again. This was our second time visiting this location in a month with terrible serviceand wait times. We love Chipotle but we won't go to the Pittsburg location ever again. I suggest the Lone Tree Chipotlerestaurant instead. We've learned that Lone Tree Chipotle is cleaner and the staff more courteous. Read more
I decided to try this place again after a long while thinking they'd improved, but nope. Placed a mobile order 20 minutes ahead,... waited another 20 minutes after i got there, and this is what I see when I get home, disgusting. This is clearly a managementproblem. Read more
If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered online , when I got there stuff was missing so had to ask for it and wait. Got home... to open my bowl and it had nothing in it that was supposed to be.
