Horrible customer service and the worst experience ever. I ordered my food on a mobile app and they refused to give me my order... and told me they didn?t have it even though my card was charged. I tried showing my receipt and asking for a manager which I wasthen shewed away and they told me to call the police because I wasn?t getting my food (I was literally nothing but polite tothese people and just wanted my food or my money back) The police ended up getting involved and what do you know, as soon asthey come, they now have my food ready and it had been ready for over 40 mins which is when I had arrived to the restaurant inthe first place. Definitely discrimination played a roll in this and I was treated like trash. Never even got an apology or myfood or my money back (didn?t want cold food ) Do not recommend esp if it?s the morning crew you have to deal with. Read more

Staff is horrible. We got TWO orders of fried zucchini, asked for extra ranch dressing to go with them. She gave us the bag with... no extras. I asked again for extra ranch. She gave me ONE packet. I said "can I have one more?" She said "I GAVE you extra." Isaid "There are TWO of us!" She gave me a 2nd one. We got home, opened the bag, & she had only given us ONE packet of ranch tobegin with! (in an order of TWO fried zucchinis!) We should've had at least 4 packets, after asking for "extra." We got 3. Goodthing we asked for EXTRA, or we would've only had ONE! Very upset. This is the 2nd time we've been treated rudely at this store.*Management: train your staff to treat customers better!
