I?m frustrated, upset and dissatisfied!!!! I ordered to pick up. Prices are high and there is very small portions on sides like... fried pickles, mozzarella sticks and potato wedges. My order of 10 lemon pepper wings were dry and over cooked, I would say likevery crunchy and difficult to eat and I ended up getting a cut in my gums. My 10 bufalo wings were dry. I know their menu haddry and original. I ordered original and I have never saw this in any other place. Honestly Dominos have better wings andcheaper! The BWW brand sounds fancy and I?m a foody I wouldn?t mind to pay for quality. Wings small, overcooked and dry evenfrom inside. I paid almost $80 bucks for something so disgusting. Yes, I have to eat because I was very hungry after of 12 hourovernight worked shift. Oh and the dressings comes in small black containers HALF FULL! those things are already small and theycome almost empty. This is the third time. The first time it?s kind of ok. Let?s give another chance, the second is like ?mmmlet?s try if they get better? the third is like F this! Not worth it. 6 of us went there for Monday night football and the game started at 415 so we got there at 340 ish and had to wait 30 min to... get seated at a regular table so we had to sit in the bar area until we were able to be seated. The manager was REALLY NICEthat's why I gave 3 stars because the service was NOT good one of our party members had a birthday and so there were a lot ofspirits being ordered and every time the waiter came to ask if we needed anything else he NEVER took the used glasses so I hadto put 15 or so empty glasses on another table. This place sucks now. Gone down hill. The past 3 time I've been you can't go the bathroom and lock the stall. Their broken and... haven't been fixed. Was there on Saturday at 5pm. Still very quiet. First server was unfriendly. She was not smiling. Barely was able to take our... order. Took over 20minutes to get it. We had to ask for the utensils and napkins from a busboy because she was nowhere to befound. For almost 90minutes nobody checked on our table. The manager was not paying attention. He finally get to our table andsaid he was going to bring the check. I had to tell him about the 90 minutes wait and mentioned that we would like to orderdessert. He did not apologize for anything. He tried to joke about it. Disgraceful. I have worked in the restaurant industry.Something like that - under my watch - would have been comped, i.e no charge to the customer. Usually this place is decent for pickup. Last visit: I ordered online at 7:24 PM and it stated it was ready. Got to the... restaurant and don?t get my food until 8:36 PM. Restaurant wasn?t even half seated full. Half of the food cold. Chicken was toochewy. Judging from the very unhappy table eating the closest from I was, this place is a mess. I used to like that place a lot but it has changed. Part of the food that we ordered came to the table partly frozen ???? (i... don't go to restaurant to get frozen food). I felt bad for our server they were slammed and a lot of the other customers were rather rude. Her superiors seemed kind of... aloof too. The wings I ordered were good and the tacos were acceptable. It was more that I was put off by the vibe. Read more
