Pretty good cheese steak. Not great. The roast beef was decent.
Overpriced and slow. Bread and turkey tasted like the cheap stuff from Safeway. Real slow to make sandwiches that don?t even... involve toasting. If you order for pick up keep an eye on what is ready because they don?t let you know. Read more
Never eating here again! My wife ordered ahead so that our food would be ready upon our arrival. As she goes in she asks if she... can grab the bag that has her name on it. She was rudely told, "NO YOU HAVE TO WAIT!" She doesn't make a scene which she usuallydoesn't. She gets in line to wait to pick up our already prepared order. Another customer walks in right after and this samegirls greets him with, "hello sir, how can I help you." After she gives attention to the customer that entered after my wife,another employee finishes what he was doing to ask my wife if she was there to order or pick-up. She's handed our order and sheleaves. There's no apology offered, and my wife left feeling very insulted! At the very least, there's some sorely neededcustomer service training. Read more
The sandwiches were delicious, they're both flavorful but I liked the pastrami the best. After eating it I wish there were more... peppers but still very satisfied with what I ordered & exceptional service. Read more
For the most part the staff is really friendly. I always get the Malibu. Only had one experience where the meat was dry, but... they gave me a new sandwich right away. I've been coming here a couple days a week for a few years. So one experience out manyisn't anything to be upset about. Read more
5 years ago I had a Shark Bite for the first time....It was amazing...now however it is nothing compared to the sandwich I had... then. It is so small you can eat it with one hand whereas before it took 3 and about 15 napkins!!(just want you to reallyunderstand) Read more
