TO START WITH THE DRIVE THRU ORDER SPEAKER WAS BROKEN SO HAD TO GO INSIDE. I GO IN AND THOUGHT I'D WASH MY HANDS FIRST AND WAS I... I arrived at this location in hopes of grabbing a quick bite to eat for the kiddos. For whatever reason service was slower than... a snail's pace. It literally took over 15 minutes to reach the ordering box with only two cars in front of me. Then, when Ireached the box to place my order, I was politely told to wait. 7 minutes later, my order was placed. As I pulled forward lowand behold the car ahead of me was still waiting for their order. After a few minutes we finally made it to the window. Theyoung gentleman at the window said the bill came to $12.35 at which point he switched places with another young gentleman who Iproceeded to give $20.35. The young man then attempted to give me back $7.65. I explained to him that I was owed $8.00, not$7.65. He proceeded to justify his actions by explaining that the register said my change was $7.65. I explained that hewrongly entered the amount I gave him which is why the change amount he is trying to give me was wrong. Sadly, the young mancouldn't understand and reluctantly gave me the $8.00 I was owed. Throughout the entire time the workers apologized for thedelays, but unless you are an entire staff short, there is no reason why it should take 30 minutes to receive fast food with 2cars ahead of you in line.
