Bar tender was rude and shut the bar at 11 on new years? Website said new years fun? Isn't New Year's at midnight?

Was stranded in Brenham for an hour, and this great Texas local bar had awesome drinks and warm southern people. The neighboring... mechanics, fixed me up before I down too many.
