One of my pizzas was messed up and the manager made sure that I received another pizza to replace the bad one. She questioned... the employees about it and made sure nothing goes out looking like that pizza did. She made me a new one herself and made sure Iwas happy. Have gone to MOD location in Cypress for a while and had great expectations for this location. Ordered online to pick for some... pizzas and went in to pick up after driving 15 minutes to get there. My pizzas weren't ready when I got there and then had towait another almost 20 minutes while they made everyone else's pizza in line before they finished mine. I won't be coming backanytime soon. I had the Mad Dog Pizza topped with Pepperoni, regular and spicy Italian Sausage, and bacon bits with a Powerade, next time I'll... get a regular coke with that and it was absolutely a spot on! Friendly staff and I highly recommend this place who wants a lastminute Pizza if not the time to make it at home. Now I don't have to all the way to Cypress just for Mod Pizza, that saves meand my Mom a trip. Friendly staff and I'll definitely come back soon! God bless them. Read more
When this place first opened and the training crew was there, service was great and the restaurant was clean. Went back this... week and apparently the training crew is gone. The place wasn?t very busy but all of the tables were dirty as was the floor.There were no drink lids and the plasticware was empty. There seemed to be plenty of staff working but no discernible system sothe line took forever to get through even though there were only a few people in it. Not sure what the problem is but thetrainers need to come back and do some re-training imo. Pizza was good though so there?s that I guess. Read more
Not impressed with this location. Typically MOD pizza is my go to place for yummy pizza. I was so excited when I heard about... this location since I live in Bellville; however, went there today and while I don?t mind paying for quality food I feel I wasripped off with the quality of food I received today. I asked for a side Caesar salad..that made a MOD size (okay whatever) butthe salad had very little lettuce leafs and was mostly the butts of the salad. For $7 unacceptable. Pizza was not cooked enoughand over sauced! I will make the extra drive to another location next time. What a disappointment! Read more
Update 2 - since no one called, I went to the website and sent in a customer service ticket. They haven?t contacted me either.... As far as I?m concerned this company has stolen from me. Update 1 - no one called me last night. The charge is still on mycard. I placed an online order this evening. I arrived at the pickup time stated on my confirmation. When I arrived, it took acouple of minutes for the guy working the pickup counter to acknowledge me. When he did, I gave him my name. He looked aroundand told me it was in the oven. Ten minutes go by, then twenty. No one says another word. I finally ask the woman who appears tobe in charge and has asked everyone else who is waiting what the name on their order is to check on mine. She can?t find it.They don?t even have it. They also can?t figure out how to give a refund, and their manager isn?t in the store. They had to takemy name and phone number with promises that the manager would call when she got back. So, I?m currently out $30 with no dinner.If you want to try this place, I recommend waiting until they?ve been open a while longer so they can figure out how to run theplace. I love that I wrote a negative review of this establishment and it was never posted. I also love the fact that I never got my... pizza, never got my money back but I got a coupon to for a FREE pizza. No compensation for waiting over 45 minutes for a smallpizza and being yelled out by the cook. Read more
