One of my pizzas was messed up and the manager made sure that I received another pizza to replace the bad one. She questioned... the employees about it and made sure nothing goes out looking like that pizza did. She made me a new one herself and made sure Iwas happy. Have gone to MOD location in Cypress for a while and had great expectations for this location. Ordered online to pick for some... pizzas and went in to pick up after driving 15 minutes to get there. My pizzas weren't ready when I got there and then had towait another almost 20 minutes while they made everyone else's pizza in line before they finished mine. I won't be coming backanytime soon. I had the Mad Dog Pizza topped with Pepperoni, regular and spicy Italian Sausage, and bacon bits with a Powerade, next time I'll... get a regular coke with that and it was absolutely a spot on! Friendly staff and I highly recommend this place who wants a lastminute Pizza if not the time to make it at home. Now I don't have to all the way to Cypress just for Mod Pizza, that saves meand my Mom a trip. Friendly staff and I'll definitely come back soon! God bless them. Read more
When this place first opened and the training crew was there, service was great and the restaurant was clean. Went back this... week and apparently the training crew is gone. The place wasn?t very busy but all of the tables were dirty as was the floor.There were no drink lids and the plasticware was empty. There seemed to be plenty of staff working but no discernible system sothe line took forever to get through even though there were only a few people in it.
