(Wednesday 9/21/22) I ordered 2 foot long subs from here, put all my ingredients that I wanted. I drove home opened it up and... nothing was correct! I ordered jalapeños and instead got pickles, I ordered chz and didn't get chz. My other sub asked forpickles and got green peppers, and asked for oil and vinegar and got yellow mustard instead. Do not order delivery from this location. I had tried ordering from here last night (9/7) and had my order canceled when it was... supposed to be arriving. I tried ordering again tonight (9/8) only for part of my order to show up after having the full amounttaken out of my account for the two foot long meals I had order. I went to the tracking and it said I was only getting one itemfor $26 something when I had paid $40+ for two meals. Then it said my driver was at the store and was there for over 10 minutesthen it said he hasn't arrived to the store yet. I recently got my lunch there, this time they were quick(not that they're ever super slow).
They were pretty busy, only 3 employees yet they were very quick at getting orders out

I wasn?t going to say much except that the employees here are extremely patient and polite, but then another review caught my... eye, about a sandwich being made incorrectly and the employee telling them ?to hop over the counter and make it themselves? Thatreview is very misleading, I was in the store while the gentleman was talking to the customer, what happened is they sent theircoworker in to grab a bite to eat for them, and didn?t provide a proper list, so when making a BLT the employee didn?t addtomatoes as they weren?t told tomatoes. He tried to explain to the customer that they do not add anything to the sandwich thatthey are not specifically told to put on there, which is understandable, I mean the slogan is literally ?make it your way?. Theemployee was being extremely respectful while the customer went on to curse, make a scene, questioning his competence andbasically call this poor employee stupid. At the end the employee told him ?next time, I would suggest coming down to the storeyourself so you can make sure your order is correct?. In no way was the employee telling him to hop over the counter and make ithimself.. So all I have to say to that review, is please do not twist the story to make yourself seem like a victim, its unfairand cruel, most of these employees are great, this subway has become my go to stop after work, they?re polite, friendly andefficient. I'm not sure if this is subway on Lund Ave. But this is the one I'm rating 1 star!! All others are at least 3 - 4 stars. I got a... steak sandwich and the gal who made sandwich was so slow we had to wait 7minutes for her to wait on one person while the gal inthe back never came out to help. The gal that waited on me I asked for extra meat and he didn't wasn't even give me the sameamount I usually get. She was using a small measuring cup that she made sure was only 3/4 full each time and gave me 3 scoopsand charged me Xtra. They charged me 11.50 for one sandwich when they didn't have tomatoes or any other toppings to add to thesandwich! When asked why you don't go buy some more toppings at Safeway they said oh we have more in the back. Lol Theywouldn't offer to get us any when we are there customer. I will never go back to this Subway! I'm not to sure about going toother subways if they are going to be like this subway. Warning Health Dept Issues at this Subway trash was over filling on thefloor in the front of the store and in the Mens restroom! The toilet had poop hanging on the sides of the bowl and hasn't beencleaned in at least two months by the amount of black calcium deposits built up in the water bowl! Read more

When I was trying to order a sandwich, I saw someone who I assume was the manager for some... reason yelling at one of the employees who was trying to understand an order as well as later on yelling at another customerbecause she didnt understand what they said.
