Void was my server, he was alone working the counter. He greeter every single customer that walked through the door! He was... fast and so pleasant to all the customers waiting. Plus he made a great sandwich! That was my first time visiting this storeand because of Void, I definitely will return! GREAT job Void! Read more

Y'all's employee, male, tall, long brown hair. That's working today really thought and voiced IT IS appropriate to ignore and... not acknowledge a customer for over 10 minutes. Used the excuse of being short staffed as a justifiable answer to not evengreet, let alone take an order. Highly recommend their employees learn proper customer service and not argue with customers onwhat proper service is. Especially given they think that wasting peoples time and giving them attitude is appropriate. Dobetter. Read more

If I hadn't already stood in line I would've not ordered my sandwich because the topping I wanted were frozen and I felt kinda... uncomfortable the girl didn't wash her hands after the other sandwiches she made previously because they were covered injalapenos and oil.. normally I have a great Subway experience it just really depends what location and who's working. My husband enjoyed his order, but I needed a plastic knife to cut up my veggies in the salad. And before I ordered, there was a... frantic young man wanting a bowl for his dog to drink water out of. He claimed his dog was having a seizure. It looked like hewould have paid for it, but the server said $3.00. He was offered a water cup which is small. I should have been a betterSamaritan, and paid for the bowl, but, his behavior caught me by surprise, and there were other customers in line. Read more

Yesterday my husband and I decided to eat Subway. I usually avoid the Subway outside Fred Meyers, even if that means having to... drive a couple of extra miles to get to the next one. Yesterday I made an exception; I had to pick up groceries from the storeanyway. I've never been super impressed with this Subway, mainly because of performance issues and past behavior of a couple ofstaff members, and more times than not, employees wouldn't keep the tables clean. Today, the employee that created my sandwichwas friendly with a fun sense of humor, and he was extremely polite. I thought to myself; I'm in luck; I can start picking upsandwiches from this Subway! And then it happened, one of the other employees came off-break, one of the ones I was hoping toavoid but failed to do so, not because she's been hostile to me yet, I honestly can say that she hasn't targeted me in her rigidbehavior. Still, I have seen her combativeness with other customers on a few different occasions in the past, including today,and I wonder how her behavior is tolerated by management. It's very disheartening to see someone with that much insolence. Ok,moving on to the sandwich, I ordered a foot-long veggie patty on flatbread, no cheese, layered with a lot of fresh veggies, andtopped with subway herb and garlic oil. Just so we are clear, Sixty percent of the sandwich was my husband's, and forty was mine- I did not eat a full footlong, lol. The sandwich was tasty; everything was fresh, no complaints about the sandwich atall. Overall today, this Subway was clean; employees had a mask on, washed their hands, and wore their gloves. The workstationwas clean, with no noticeable messes, both employees looked clean, and the dining area, although no one was eating in, itappeared to be clean as well, probably because no one was dining in, lol. This person refused me service as soon as they saw me. When I asked why they refused to give me a reason, and just said that it... was Subway's policy. When I asked to speak to a manager they claimed to be the only manager, and also refused to give me theirname or the owners name. They were extremely rude from start to finish even before I had said anything. Read more
