Be careful about this Starbucks. They have not been trained on how to ring up reward drinks. I tried to use 150 of my stars to... get a free drink...on top of the 150 the barista used she added 25 more stars and charged .44 cents. I didn?t not realized whathappened until I left. Starbucks already cost an arm and a leg. I?d appreciate not being ripped off on even more money andreward stars. Read more

Honestly this is my favorite starbucks location so far. I haven't had any mistakes on my orders that I can recall and they make... the chai lattes best here. At the others I've had poor luck and find they tend to be watered down but I haven't had that problemat this location and none of the drinks have ever had that burnt tast here. The only downside might be that it is a smallerlocation cuz its inside another establishment so you wont fine as many pastries/gift items but they do still sell some and havesome sitting space. The staff have always been friendly and I'd reccomend this location to others :) Read more
I've had coffee here before, its perfectly fine...but would like to offer a suggestion without really knowing where else to do... that. You know what'd be great? Say there's two people working there, like there was today. And the girl at the cash registeris currently helping a customer who's being rather chatty...and he wants to fill up his coffee card, isn't sure how much he hasto put on it, how exactly to do it, and meanwhile, "hey how about that Seahawk game" etc. They're laughing and chatting andthat's great, you have to love that about Starbuck's customer service, but he'd yet to place his order. So the other girlworking? Who's been on standby mode next to the espresso machine for the last few minutes, waiting to see what that order willeventually be? It'd have been awesome if she'd asked me what she could get started for me in the meantime. And yeah, it'd havebeen out of turn, but I'd expect that she'd switch to his drink as soon as she heard it. I don't know...I had to leave withoutmy fix and it was difficult not to be a little frustrated...didn't make much sense to stand there idle like that with peoplewaiting. Maybe she was in training...that's entirely possible, but I hope that this would be protocol for situations liketoday. Ultimately I suppose it was just a matter of bad luck on my part, being stuck behind this particular customer =P Read more
