So this isn't the first bad experience we've had with this particular Jimmy John's, but I finally felt after several chances... that they deserved a review. My husband ordered a sandwich and an hour after receiving the out for delivery notification thesandwich finally showed up. We've experienced this multiple times. There have also been other things wrong with our orders. Onetime we waited 45 minutes and called to find out where our order was. They had left it at someone else's house because ouraddress is similar to a regular customers so they assumed it was his. If you can't read an address you shouldn't be a deliverydriver. We are a 5 to 10 min drive from the store depending on traffic. I realize we live close enough to go pick it upourselves, but that doesn't mean our delivery service should suffer. I think Jimmy John's needs to take a closer look at thisstore. Something is wrong here. Read more
Not impressed compared to JJ's in Seattle and Bellingham. They were out of turkey which is easily 2/3 of the meu and I heard...

This place has been open for 7 years more or less and I just checked today and they still don't offer delivery. They are only 5... minutes in drive time to my house. Read more
I ordered a sandwhich from them. After 45 min of waiting i called them and explained what i was experiencing. They gave me a... credit but was still expectes to pay for a sandwhich that i didn't receive... i called back and manager said i can either takethe credit or get my money back. They wasted my entire lunch break and only got my money back no free sub for next timenothing... pretty sad. Read more
They do a good job. I've come in there at the goofiest times. They will be getting ready to close.. tunes turned up a little... more than usual. Only one person on sandwiches. Or super busy with several people cracking them out for some monster order. Idon't think I've ever had a "bad" sandwich. Some slightly better than others, maybe, but really quick and consistent for mostpart. Read more
Great JJ location with very friendly team! Fresh and delicious subs/sandwiches loaded with fresh ingredients. Beats other nearby... sub shops hands down. First visit to this location was outstanding. Thank you Larry and crew. Fast, friendly, helpful, positiveservice. Great tuna and provolone sub, check out the pic- Now that's a Sub! And Larry gave me a side of their Kickin' Ranch totry- delicious. Try it on your sub. Definitely be back when I'm in Bremerton again. No parking that I saw nearby, but it's aneasy walk from the Ferry Terminal and surrounding businesses. Plus they deliver, even to the Ferry Terminal I found out. Prettycool. Read more
tried ordering again. Maybe they had a bad night or are used to covid protocols. The driver literally THREW MY FOOD onto my... porch and walked away. I had put specific please knock on door instructions on my order. I even tried confronting the driver toask why as they were about to get in their car and leave. I asked "did you seriously just threw my food on my porch?" and I'mfairly certain he shouted "have a good f$$*$n night" to me and left. =×=×=×= Delivery driver didn't even knock on the doorto get my signature for my card authorization. I would not have known food was on my porch if i wasn't waiting more than half anhour and wondering if it was gonna show up by watching the cameras casually. So much for tip culture, can't do their basic jobso why tip. Read more
