Seems like whenever I visit this location, the service is consistently bad! The team member tells me I cannot have fries with... no salt because it's automatically put on the fries! WRONG! My fries and salad are brought out to my car, the fries are warmand salted! I have to go inside to get hot fries with no salt. Almost 18 mins for my fries and a salad! RIDICULOUS! Read more
I would give this visit less stars but because the many other visits I've had to this Jack in the Box, I will give 4 stars. One... bad apple doesn't spoil the whole basket. I understand working the graveyard shift is a tough one. I was never rude to mycustomers tho. This was a couple of weeks ago on a Thursday late nite August 3rd 2022. Car in front of us had 5 separateorders. The young man taking the drive thru orders told that car, in no uncertain terms, that it's one order per car. He madethat man drive around 4 more time? I don't know if that is Jack's policy or not. In my humble opinion that was at least, at thevery least $40. You are going to do something like that to a car n driver n 4 friends? Its easy & petty. Just because you can doesn't make it right. Other than part of the that one person ... The food was just as good as we had expected it to be. Wewere driving on our way within minutes. Read more
Been here 6 times now. They've gotten my order wrong on 3 of those occasions despite it being printed correctly on the reciept.... No evidence that the dining room is open that I could walk it back in and get it fixed and the drive through takes 10-15 mins,so unless I check at the window, I feel like I just have to accept it and move on. I ordered on the mobile app to try to make things easier but when I pulled into the drive thru and gave my name for my order, an... employee rudely told me they didn?t have any of the things I ordered and I?d need to ?refund that? so I tried to contactcustomer service to get my refund since I never got my food and I?m not letting a $30 meal I never received just go. Customerservice offered no real help so yeah, don?t go to this Jack in the box or use the app if you actually want to receive the foodyou order and pay for. Read more
I know people usually review fast food places because they weren?t that good. But I just want to say, I had a rough day and I... was starving. Came through the drive-through around 5:30 PM on a Tuesday? Not sure who the young lady to help me was, but shewas amazing. Her tone of voice was so pleasant and she sounded so happy, which I?m sure is true to an extent. She was patientwith me even though I was indecisive, and she gave me all the suggestions. Nice staff gets the extra star. I can?t believe that every item on the menu is double what I pay at any other jack in the box.... These franchise owners must be shooting for the one time travelers and not the locals. Read more
