Pretty much as expected from a chain restaurant. If you want a decent breakfast, this is the place.

Everything came out as ordered today, which was nice, sadly not always the case. I would highly suggest a change in the red and... white checkered liners in the to go boxes as the red dye transfers on to the food. This was my reason for the review. I loved the idea of this place as it seems like a family diner kind of environment you'd grow up visiting, but I just can't... justify a good review. My husband and I came here for dinner. We sat for 15 minutes before a waitress approached us; we weren'tin a hurry, so we waited as we thought it would be worth the wait. It turned out to just be poor service as our waitress didn'trefill our drinks (that ran out before we even got our food), did not stop by the table after we received our food, and left uswaiting another 10 minutes after finishing our meal to come back over to us. We ordered a hot turkey sandwich and an alohaburger. My husband ordered chicken as a substitute for his burger and was charged a substantial amount, somewhere in the $8-10range by our calculations as our final check did not itemize for that (but menu says there is no charge for this substitute). Italso did not have the teriyaki sauce. I would say the burger was cooked well and the sweet potato fries were good, so his mealwas somewhat redeemed. My turkey sandwich had real turkey, which is a plus, but it was dry/tough on a bed of sandwich bread witha bland white gravy and mashed potatoes. I have no way of confirming whether this is the case or not, but the taste of themashed potatoes was very similar to instant potatoes. And my meal was supposed to be served with a salad that I did notreceive. So I was hopeful that this would be a great classic restaurant for classic meals when you just want good homemade typemeals. But we were very disappointed to find that wasn't the case. Read more

I didn't like this place it was way over crowded if you ask me, and they messed up my order and gave bacon instead of sausage.... The service was good the servers where nice. It just the overall atmosphere if you know what I mean. I think I prefer theSherris over this place and their prices are about the same. Loved this place and how nice the staff were! The food was delish for our brunch :)

The restaurant was quite clean. The staff... very nice and accommodating. However the food was not too good. The pancakes tasted... horrible (they did bring me more which were fine) the medium rare steak was only MR in a small portion in the middle , the restwas well. The pork chops were wayyyyyyy over done dry and chewy. The hamburger was so over done it was crumbling, although ithad a good taste, the avacados were also brown.The lemonade and water were great. Service is always awesome here and their pancakes are on point. But today I ordered for pick up because I was craving pancakes,... instead of the usual delicious pancakes , I received burnt and bitter ones :( and I ordered like a stack of 10 because I hadguests at home (embarrassing). I called to tell them about it and they were gracious enough to offer replacement but I wasn?t upfor the drive again. I was told they have a new cook.
