Order was wrong for both combos, both burgers were cold, in addition to having to wait longer than normal and still not getting... the extra item that was promised for the extended wait. Frankly, very dissapointed with the meal over all. HOWEVER, they willfix it if you actually return to the store. They remade both burgers exactly to order and did not ask for the other burgersback, unlike some other hamber joint down the street does. (McD's) Read more
Normally this is my favorite of the fast food burger joints. But what I received on this visit has me questioning if I'll ever... eat there again. The lettuce and onion on my burgers had were disgusting, the burger was so dry even the sauce couldn'tcompensate, and a grilled chicken sandwich was blackened instead. I usually have pretty good service here w/ decent food. I needed a hangover breakfast this morning and they let me down????..I... got their sausage egg and cheese biscuit. No egg..no cheese. Just the sausage and biscuit, but charged full price. Read more
Used the drive through. It's nice that they give a senior discount, if you ask. We like the burgers and chicken sandwiches.... They will add veggies and condiments to any sandwich and they didn't charge extra. Quick, friendly, polite service. This is ourgo to for a quick lunch. Read more
Asked if we wanted sauce and then didn't give it to us, didn't come to the door when we went to ask for it, the chicken sandwich... didn't have lettuce or tomatoes as pictured (just a tiny piece of chicken breaded on one side and two pickles), and their spritealways tastes like carbonated water. Since my last review on Carl's biscuits and gravy, my husband and I have eaten a couple of other times from Carl's Jr. February... 6th, we had burgers, and my cousin had their kids four-piece chicken star meal. I had a regular hamburger, and on it, there wasketchup, mustard, and dill pickles, and I requested onion, pretty darn basic. My husband had a double cheeseburger and a largefrench fry, and on it was two-beef patties, cheese, ketchup, mustard, onion, and pickles. And finally, my cousin had the kid'sfour-piece chicken star meal, which consisted of four pieces of chicken stars, small french fry, a small drink, and a toy.Here's the funny thing, we all liked the food, and we all agreed it reminded us of McDonald's food; the taste was very similarall the way around, except the french fries; my hubby swears that Carl's Jr. french fries are better. For yesterday's (3/23/21)food, I purchased a Charbroiled Chicken Salad, and I had the choice of a house dressing or Balsamic Vinaigrette; I picked theBalsamic Vinaigrette. The salad should have had the charbroiled chicken, red onion, tomato, four-cheese blend, and croutons on abed of Iceberg lettuce. There was less than a 1/4 teaspoon worth of cheese if on my salad, and I'm being very generous sayingthat but no croutons anywhere, with three small thin pieces of onion. I'll admit, they were pretty generous with the chicken,and it happened to be very tasty. Aside from the delicious chicken, the salad was very uninteresting. You never know until youtry, and now I have tried it, and I know to move on and never order that salad again! ---------------- A while back, a friendrecommended their biscuits and gravy breakfast; although I can't say I know how it tastes, I have purchased it a few times formy mom and cousin, and they seem to enjoy it! I can say that its price is a great deal, especially the complete meal that comeswith biscuits & gravy, hash rounds, and coffee. Our complaint is, they never give enough gravy! Read more

Not good! I rarely leave bad reviews. I work nearby this store and have been going there since it opened. I have watched the... quaility of food seriously decline. They still haven't opened the dining room( post pandemic), and they have had the seconddrive through closed for two years? I went there today and ordered a bacon cheese burger in a lettuce wrap and this is what Igot. Forgot the bacon and aparently there out of lettuce? I was told after I went back through the drive thru. (dinning room isclosed). I really don't blame the employees. I blame management and or owners/upper management. Give your people what they needto thrive! I really like Carl's Jr and don't really have super high expectations when getting fast food. I just hope they getthere stuff together. Read more
