What is so hard for this place to ger the order correct and serve at least a warm burger. Ordered chicken, receipt says... chicken, for a Jr Bacon cheeseburger..but they got the whopper correct. Correct is an overstatement. The bun felt like it wasjust pulled out of the fridge and the burger was slightly warm - no the cheese was not melted. I picked this up through thedrive through, because the store itself isn't open. With this kind of quality and service, they should just shut down beforethey ruin the reputation of the brand names and the rest of the Burger Kings. I deliver for Door Dash. Tonight I got an order with only 5 minutes to pick it up. It was fine I was close by... but I arrive at... the store, lobby is locked, no notice about it on the door and drive through wrapped around the building. No way I was gettingthrough that in less than 30 minutes, I get red flagged if I pick up more than 10 minutes past pick up time. I had to cancel theorder. Waste of my time. If they don't have the staff to be filling orders, they need to not be taking online orders.... Read more
Ordered a Whopper meal. Got a regular cheeseburger. Just an untoasted bun, ketchup, pickles, cheese, and a burger. Not sure how... you mess up the signature meal. Very disappointing. Read more
I am giving them a five star rating due to the fact that, they don't have the lobby open 25 days out of the last month. They are... trying really hard just to be able to open the doors. Read more
It's a nice place to stop and grab a quick burger. It's a popular stop so it can get really busy. Wish they would open at 5am... so I can grab a quick bite for work. Read more
I always make the same purchase at the BK but no more. Half of my order was fresh, the other half was cold/old. Less than half... of my order was correct; my entire order consisted of a bag of regular hamburgers with no ketchup, extra pickles and extraonions. Several had no pickles, one had one pickle. Drive thru line is way too long and hours of operation change so much. Some nights they are closed at 8pm and next day open... until 11pm. Lobby is closed I assume due to short staffing, they really should try and hire some more people here or bring themfrom other BK locations until they can hire more here.
