The customer service is terrible. The food is way too expensive for the employees to be so unpleasant. The first time I ordered... through the app I didn't realize you had to go in to pick up your food. When I told the girl at the drive thru box I had amobile order- she said, ok. Come inside. I was 9 months pregnant with 2 toddlers in the car and I didn't have on any shoes??????????? I told her I couldn't come in and it was like I had just killed her dog. She didn't respond. I drove up to thewindow and she basically shoved the food in my face. I've worked retail (with a drive thru) for 15 years. I know that was aninconvenience for her and I also know many retail workers think the customers are the problem. Now I don't agree with "thecustomer is always right", but these young people need to learn how to kindly deal with people. She could have just said, I'llgrab it for you this time, but when you order from the app it's to be picked up inside. No big deal. In my opinion the chickenisn't worth the money. The staff has no hustle if you order anywhere other than drive through, especially online/app orders. App orders don't notify... you when they're out of things like fried pickles. You're always better off going to the drive through if you don't want towait. I never get the extra sauces I order. Read more

By far the worst service I ever had. They messed up my order and then rolled her eyes when I gave it back to her to correct it.... They gave me my correct order back and didn't have fries in it I went back through the drive thru to get my fries. She rolledher eyes again and handed me a small box of fries and said that's all they had. They didn't offer any of my money back. I loveZaxby's but I will never go back to the one in Bremen again. We tried the Cajun deluxe chicken sandwich this time around, and it was great! Then we also got the fried mushrooms as an... appetizer, since they're always good, and the kids got the chicken fingers and wings as usual. The sweet tea was good, staff wasfriendly and helpful, and the restaurant and dining areas were clean. If you got room for dessert the brownies and cookies aregood too, but we skipped the dessert this time around since we got grilled food and felt like we were eating healthy for achange and accomplishing something.
