Price I was charged at the bar vs prices on website do not match, I was charged more than what's stated on the website. I got in... and the bartender told me my order was ready and took my card, I paid and then I watched it sit on the end of her counter for 15minutes while she mingled with other people. The food got luke warm for no reason. Bartenders need to be mindful that hot foodcomes before shmoozing customers or catching up with regulars, it takes but a few seconds to hand me my food. Went when it was busy and there were only 2 servers. Waited 20 minutes from the time we got drinks to the time our order was... taken. I think they did the best they could with being busy and understaffed. Otherwise, food was good and server was friendly. Read more
Very homey, dirty, kind of out-dated, friendly vibed atmosphere for a meal. You could tell everyone knew each other based on... frequency of dining there. Food was terrific and extremely reasonably priced, too!! Read more

I want to be very clear. I am a resident of Brecksville and strongly support local vendors however my experience at London... Pickle Works this evening is extremely unsafe for the community. I ordered the buffalo grilled chicken wrap and my chicken wascompletely raw on the inside. I called the restaurant and was denied over the phone. Donna stated that it was impossible thechicken could be raw. I drove back to restaurant, showed the waitresses and Donna the raw chicken at which point she said?ewwww!? I was never apologized to and instead was quickly given a refund, told ?You?ll be alright?, and shoved out the door. Iam currently 9 weeks pregnant and uncooked food is an extreme risk with severe consequences of miscarriage and fetalabnormalities. I was dismissed. No one cared or apologized. I can only imagine how many other customers this is happening to. Iwill be following up with the Owner, Garry. This is despicable to the city of Brecksville to have such an abhorrent restaurantserving undercooked food to the community. Read more
I only had a basic meal. The McPickle (whopper) and fries. Both of which were really delicious. If I was able to rank the fries... I'd give them a straight up 10. And I am very picky about my fries. -Sorry about the picture. I started eating and then decidedto take one.- Read more
