Always loved DQ since I was child. I rarely visit so it can remain one of my favorite treats. Times have changed as no one... greets. The wait wasn't exceedingly long but noticeable. I am patient. I gladly waited for my order. I prefer fresh and hot. Ido give them props for that part!! And I appreciated the lead/manager?? personally bringing my order. Read more

The service window person cut us off 3 times mid order. Rudely added items, cut us off again mid question. Remember when... upsetting, growing the check and politeness mattered?? Read more

The cashier wasn't very friendly and the thing I hate the most is if the line is long......we have to wait on the incline of a... hill with my emergency break on and worry that hopefully someone doesn't fly around the corner and hit us or the car doesn'tslide (if it's bad weather). THAT IS VERY DANGEROUS and I wish someone would do something about it. Other then that, foods greatand milk shakes are the best! Read more

Purchased a DQ single meal with lettuce tomato and mayo and a Dr pepper. I received a burger with ketchup mustard pickle onion... and cold french fries and no soda. Had to walk back over there and I asked them to please make it all fresh. I received coldfrench fries that were never replaced and charged me full price for an ice cream I added and gave me a cup for my soda that wasfilthy.. I informed her that I should have at least got half off for that ice cream and she goes out we don't do that no matterwhat and said have a good one real ignorantly. Used to the love dairy Queen but now they are going downhill fast. Read more

Only DQ anywhere near my house and I wanted chicken and gravy and dilly bars. After a 70+ dollar order, while I understand this... is a lot for drive thru but I expected to wait patiently for my food. I'm a former restaurant worker so I understand stuff likethat. Mostly everything was good. No Dilly bars, even though I paid for them and the worst gravy I have ever experienced (and Ihave taught two daughters how to cook so I've had some bad gravy). Pure water. Looked inappropriate to be honest. I'm not sureif this is standard for DQ these days, but I'll probably stick to not eating here very much. Read more

I had a taste for a ice cream cone (vanilla)...hot as it was. They had just opened so I stopped and picked one up. The ice cream... was good and fresh. So I said just that and the nice young man at the window stated. "Yes we just opened and this ice cream wasjust made from the machine. He said I usually eat mine, when we first get here, we make a fresh batch." I replied well thankyou, imagine that. Thanks ???? Read more
