You cannot not visit Radicato for dinner in Breck. I was blown away by the quality of the food, and our server Amanda was by far... one of the best servers I have had in my life; she made the experience unforgettable and hit the mark ok every suggestion fromthe menu. The NY strip was perfectly cooked and they accommodated flawlessly to our needs including making some of the dishesvegetarian-friendly (see the arancini with the pork lardo set aside, for example). I can’t speak more highly of thisrestaurant, I will certainly be back, and I hate that it might be crowded next time because of reviews like mine, but theytotally deserve it. Read more

Had a lovely dinner with amazing food and a great waitress. The ravioli with butternut squash puree, dates and pumpkin seeds was... one of the best ravioli dishes I\'ve ever had. Definitely recommend getting that and focaccia with ricotta, caramelized figs andhoney. Read more

Oh my goodness, this place is good. The food was some of the best we had in Breckenridge and very reasonably priced. Our... waitress made us feel right at home. They also perfectly customized our meal to make sure that our allergies were taken care of.We will be back! Read more

Excellent service and food! Nice atmosphere. Very friendly and well-trained staff. The only reason we give 4 stars is the... wine pours are chintzy and expensive. My husband and I HATE when restaurants do this! It is extremely short-sighted. The foodis expensive enough. So, consequently we probably won\'t go back. It really is a huge pet peeve and I personally think thiswill really hurt business. Read more

So good I forgot to take pictures! My husband and I did the tasting menu together and enjoyed every bite. We live locally and... dined at the previous restaurant in this space semi-regularly and are glad Radicato is continuing a tradition of unique yetexquisite food.\n\nThe ravioli was our favorite — melt in your mouth goodness. Excellent, attentive service and well worth theprice for a lovely dining experience, not to mention the thought that evidently goes into each dish. We’ll be back! Read more

Be prepared to be wowed. The food is beyond excellent. Inventive, creative, and just plain tasty. Radicato is an experience. ... Come expecting unbelievable service, amazing food, and a deep nod to the cuisine of Italy. Just as if you are eating a mealwith relatives in the old country (I should know--check out the last name), this is not just a moment to eat, but a moment to betogether. Do it right, and this meal will keep you in your seats for at least a couple of hours, enjoying every savorysecond.\n\nA real shout out is due to Matt Vawter, the owner, who grew up in Breckenridge. He approaches his passion with realintention and diligent research. A true artist in his craft. I love to see a local boy win, and this is a big win. Congrats,Matt! Read more
