They were pretty busy when we were there. We sat on the patio. There are 2 levels. Our server was great. The food was average.... Very well plated. This was my grandpa's favorite restaurant. I went here and toasted him over his favorite meal, the mango duck quesadilla. You... have to know how to cook duck well or it's greasy and Mi Casa is good at it. All the food and dips are delicious and the tresleches is a must. I stopped in at Mi Casa to get a to-go burrito a few weeks ago. The staff was really friendly, the service was fast, and the... food was really good. It was fun to eat my take out meal at a picnic table right next to the roaring Blue River, just a blockaway, with amazing views all around. My husband and I stopped by here for a much needed happy hour and good time! Mi Casa did not disappoint. The bar was packed with... tourists and locals watching the latest football game. Our bartender was super sweet and made the most delicious margaritas withfresh lime juice! No need to order coin style here. They are all made perfectly with the freshest ingredients. Complimentaryserve yourself chips and salsa A+, although I did have a hard time navigating all the guests with my goodies. The spicy salsa isSmokey and spicy just like it should be. We had a lot of carry out meals so they put them in a box which was very helpful! I had the Manuel’s Burrito. The... presentation of it was akin to a large enchilada which made eating it difficult. The beef and beans in it were pretty tasty (andthe slaw was great with them). I would have preferred to eat them in a different configuration (two small enchiladas?Tacos?).
