The lady working in Carboy Wine bar in Breckenridge Colorado needs to find another line of work. She is very stressed about... answering any questions about wine products. Very rude. Be sure to check your bill we purchased a bottle of wine and what wascharged was incorrect price. When bringing it to her attention she reluctantly issued credit. Great selection of wine, staff was friendly and accommodating. Would love to come back and try the food. My only complaint is... when it got busy it was uncomfortably hot. Overall I loved the wines we tasted and the experience. Read more
Great selection of wine and the food snacks are delicious too! The burrata and the curried cauliflower was excellent! It’s... just a pity that their online store doesn’t have all their wine that’s available in the store. I would’ve purchased a lotmore wine to have it delivered instead of me having to figure out how to pack it into my bag for my flight. Read more

Enjoyed Carboy Winery for two days in a row during our stay! Both times were “mommies afternoon out” and we thoroughly... enjoyed this spot! Maggie was WONDERFUL and took care of us. Loved the wine and apps! Can’t wait to make this an annualtradition! Read more
Go for the wine (wine flights are great) but don't forget the food! The menu has gotten so good. The parmesan fries are to die... for as are the deviled eggs. Terrific cheese & charcuterie boards and more. I only wish we could shuffle some of the cheese andcharcuterie items to build our own boards. Read more
Wine is great but the food- the Food is spectacular!! The small plates are reasonably priced but the palette of flavors for each... dish are perfectly balanced and addicting. We intended to only order two plates but ended up staying an extra hour and ordering6 plates. The bison carpaccio is stellar and the creme brûlée with cherries is worth the drive up from Colorado Springs. Wedefinitely plan on returning and bringing our friends and family here. Read more
