I stopped to get some food here and the AC was out! These poor employees were miserable working in this heat! Wendy's has to do... something. This is an unacceptable work and environment and they should not be cooking food in these temperatures inside therestaurant! It be great if Wendy's corporate would send someone asap to repair the AC at this location and this is also againstthe law in Texas for restaurants to have these temperatures with regulated food preparation! First they got my order wrong and when I asked them to fix it they didn?t apologize and gave me exactly the same thing after I... told them it was wrong. When I brought them my incorrect burger for him to correct, the server took it and fixed it with hisbare ungloved hands, right after handling money. And there are flies everywhere. Read more
Horrible attitude, kept asking if "that's it" before they would even ask what drink we wanted with the combos. They were out of... salads and baked potatoes. When we got to the 2nd window the staff was loudly arguing with each other. We asked for our drink,was given some rude smacking sound and she walked away. Drove off without our drink.
