I love Fat Pat?s and I was definitely excited about getting one so close to home. After last night, my visits will be few and... far between. I received a Lil? Daddy burger WITH NO HAMBURGER PATTY. Bread, lettuce, tomato, and a tablespoon of pulled porkwith the wrong sauce (I requested Sweet Chili sauce and received Fat Pat?s special sauce). I?ll take some of the blame for thisone as I didn?t check my order before I pulled off, but honestly, who would even think about checking their hamburger to ensurethere was in fact a hamburger patty?! Friendly staff and great atmosphere, but those metal chairs with the bars on the sides w/backs aren't wide enough for a 200lb... man to fit his backside between. Boneless chicken wings and french fries both tasted like frozen food. Nachos were good. Read more

Wonderful restaurant with good food and awesome staff. Stop by here with my 92 year old elderly grandfather who was craving a... seafood platter (spoilers, it was delicious). My grandfather is in a wheel chair so it is always nerve wrecking to make surethat where ever we go, it is logistically possible to get him around with ease. The staff immediately came to help open doorsand get us situated in a nice open spot in the restaurant where he didn't have to fight to move around. When he needed to usethe restroom, I asked for help from staff for a gentleman to make sure my grandfather had help just in case he need and theowner was kind enough to assist him! I was so greatful! Promp service. From that time that my wife and I entered the building, we was greeted with a hello and a friendly. Nice, and... clean place. Our waitress Maddie R was very attentive to us, served us with a smile, informed us about the food as well as thedrink specials, thanks Maddie R. No customer service. Went there today at 2:45. Not busy. Maybe 10 people in the whole place. Waited for 5 minutes to be seated.... No one ever came to seat us. We walked out. Don't understand the poor customer service in South Louisiana. First and last time Iwill ever visit Fat Pats. Read more
