I just recently had my first and only negative experience here, I ordered a caramel cheesecake sundae and the ice cream in it... was a mix of there strawberry and vanilla, it's suppose to be just vanilla, plus it was a melted icy mix, just seemed like theywere to lazy to clean or wait for the ice cream machine I usually love coming here because there fast, good, and friendly but Iwas disappointed this time Read more
Food was good, cashier was very sweet. The price on both menu boards for Champ burger were not the same as the cost when you... drive up. Champ was priced at 7.49 but cost $9.32 at window. I do understand that there are taxes but the cashier informed methat the actual cost was $8.38 + tax, not 7.49. Last time I checked its not legal to charge a different cost then what's posted.Makes you business or employees look dishonest. Read more
We went there for ice cream, they had to add to the machine. We were in no hurry so we waited. The staff was really friendly... and acted like they cared and wanted to be there. It is so hard to get help these days but if you are there fake it ( act likeyou want to be there) no one wants to have to work but we do. They did a good job. I always rate a place on whether I would go back and if I'd recommend for or against for others. This Checkers not only... wouldn't get my business again but it was so bad I am writing this to recommend that you don't go as well. They were "outof"big burgers. Fry Lovers XL was maybe 1/2 full, soggy, AND had a hair in it. The small burger that I was able to get was coldand just about as messy as can be. Discovered after paying that condiments ( BBQ sauce) costs extra, after saying ok and handingover my card I was told that they can't use the card for 49¢. Advised the cashier that I had no cash she made it clear that Iwas out of luck. Overall the staff made it clear that we were just an inconvenience in their day. I dont even want to give 1 star!! Just went there. They forgot to give me my hot dog I order for my son after I asked if... everything was in there and they reassured me it was and I order a number 11 and it is no different than the $1 burger I paidfor. Traveling, we stopped here for dinner. Service wasn't rude, but not exceptionally friendly either. Asking for ketchup seemed... to be an imposition beyond belief (by the employee wearing a knit cap with a Marijuana plant logo on it). Also a printed sign isposted at the register charging a dollar for drink refills??? Is this corporate policy in this day and age? In hindsight, I'mwilling to bet the staff don't want to be bothered for refills (because there are no drink fountains for self service), andtherefore use it as a deterrent, or a way to make extra cash. Either way, packing the cups full of ice is a d**k move. Food wasgreat though! Almost always is! Customer service only exists at Chik-FIL-a these days... Read more
