Rude staff. Manager with fake blue eye contacts. Came in to order food. Door was open. They said dining room was closed. Been... driving all night. Truck driver. Came in to spend money. There were people inside the dining room. Told me I had to go throughdrive through. I can?t . I have a semi truck. You have people in the dining room. I?m one person. You can?t take my order? Herand the staff was completely rude about it. I asked if they can take my order through drive through if I come to drive throughwindow. Because I have a semi truck. Still no. Just rude. Its fast food that you dont get to see them make because they keep wanting you to pull up when no one is behind you? They wont... give you a refund when they ask you to pull up either. It makes me wonder if theyre doing something to my food and i just throwit away. Thanks to this location ive stopped going to Burger King. Read more

Really didn't want to give 1 star. The night manager and staff was very rude. We had to repeat our order 3-4 times and they... still got the order wrong. When we checked our food, everything was wrong. We asked that the food be corrected and the staffthought it was funny while night Manager continued to be rude and had an attitude. We ended up throwing away all the food infear that the food was tempered with. When I went inside to get my baby's burger one of the female staff members came to thecounter stating, "I wish she tell me something, I'll show her!" Horrible Burger King!!! Theoretically my review is ZERO STARS .....However; cannot leave review without selecting "Star". Please save your dignity,... time, and money! I visited at 12:07 p.m , Store was NOT BUSY, oddly, since it is lunch time. Only 2 cars in drive thru. Only onecouple in Dining room. Dining room filthy, literally every table was dirty, drink station filthy as well. And only 2 drinkchoices, Coke Zero, and Coke, which I cannot drink either of these. Restroom disgusting. Employee walks out bathroom afterusing the toilet, and walks straight out restroom without washing her hands and immediately returned to front counter to takenext customer order. I ordered Original Chicken Sandwich Combo, Medium , with NO Salt , Sweet Tea. Was told they don't haveSweet Tea. My fries were cold and salted. My bun was a Whopper "Top" bun cut in half. Half on top of my Sandwich and other halfon bottom. When I asked for my receipt, was told "we don't give receipts". I explained that I am dissatisfied with my Chickensandwich not having the correct bun and requested a refund, they refused. I ordered 2 whopper meals and the cashier is new. I ask for no salt on my fries and was using the ap, the ap was not working... well and the cashier didn?t know how to use the coupon. She tried to get the lady in charge to help but she ignored her fir acouple minutes . Finally paid , they handed me my order and I noticed she did not give me unsalted fries so I ask her and thenshe said something to the cashier very rudely.! I finally got my fries , they were nit salted but covered with black flakes.. Iassume it was pepper but they were not good so I did not eat . They were also not cooked thru. Then I noticed they only hadwater or Coke Zero. I asked if they had diet. Okie . She rudely said all we have is Coke Zero and she didn?t even turn around toacknowledge me. After that I thought I?ll try and eat the fries with some Mayo and ketchup. I ask for and they said we do nothave Mayo. So needless to say I did not enjoy or like my meal. Read more
Food was alright but the staff is so rude !! I understand this is a hard job, but customers does not deserve to be punished for... that. Also most of the drinks were unavailable because they don?t refill them. Read more
