Had lunch on Friday after Thanksgiving. The seafood gumbo was tasty but $10 a cup, definitely not worth it. Fried mushrooms were... decent. The crabs cakes, fish special and crawfish etouffee was so bland. The frozen vegetables from "Sam's" was disappointingtoo. We spent over $100 for 4 and sadly the food was bad, and for the price and reviews we expected more. Maybe breakfast is thespecialty, but wouldn't want to spend that much for tasteless food again. The food here is fantastic! Cajun Shrimp Penne' and Blackened Catfish were very fresh, tasty and had just the right amount of... Acadiana kick! And the people were super friendly and gave us the history of the people and area. Read more

Pretty good food, but nothing fantastic. The fettuccine alfredo was the best out of everything. I also recommend the pasta... cecilia. The seafood gumbo was overpriced for gumbo, but it was good. Service was great, our waitress was very helpful. Read more

Nice place with good service. The food was quick and delicious! I had the seafood pasta, it was very good but if you don't like... spice it might not be for you. The ceasar salad was great as well. I also bought the Bayou Blast pizza to take home. Haven'ttried it yet but looking forward to a good lunch tomorrow. A little pricey but the portions make up for it. Give it a try! Read more
