The old tallest guy seems like the owner was very rude. Keep talking with employees even when the customer came in, not even say... hi or say anything and when even paying for the purchase, he just turned his back right after when I put my credit card into themachine and doing his thing without any words. What is wrong with this owner? So freaking rude to regular customer. I can notunderstand at all, never seen this kind of attitude. I would never visit this location again!!!!!! Read more

Nick is a very rude employee. I have ordered twice at this store and he was the one who made my sandwiches and both times he... made them wrong. The first time I called him back to tell him that my sandwich was made wrong and that I wasn?t requesting arefund nor another sandwich and his response was ? ok?. The second time I placed an order because he made it wrong again when Icalled him back he was very defensive and argumentative adamantly telling me that he put mustard on my sandwich, however, therewas no mustard he told me to look between the meat and cheese... really? There was excessive Mayo on the sandwich, which I saidno Mayo. I suggested him to make me a correct sandwich and have it delivered again to me he said ok. I waited 40 mins called tocheck status he said? We don?t have a delivery person available.? Now I was irritated because my lunch was over and I paid forsomething that was not made right. I told him that I would inconvenience myself and go to the store after work and show him thesandwich he made and he told me even if I did that I was not going to get another sandwich. In order to having this issueescalating any further I suggested that he refund my $11.17 back to my card I threw the sandwich and chips away, I made a callto the corporate office and I?m waiting for my refund. Nick should know that his first answer when I told him my order was madeincorrectly should?ve been, ? How can we make this right?? This store has many good reviews so this isn?t about the store itselfit?s about an employee?s customer service. Read more
