I've given this location several attempts but after tonight I'm done. Will drive the extra distance to go to the one in Yorba... Linda. In the past the problem has been ordering curbside and having to sit around for 5 or 10 minutes before finally having togo in to get my order but the last few times I've gone there that's improved. This time I did curbside it brought my food out ina timely manner but had the back tied so tight I had to cut it open with scissors when I got home only to find out that theydidn't include the dressing for my wife's salad so I had to drive all the way back to the store to get her the dressing and whenI told the associate that they left it out of the bag she opened the refrigerator handed to me and turned around and saidnothing. No I'm sorry or oh my gosh nothing just handed to me and went back to her business. Don't waste your time going to thislocation as their customer service is terrible! Read more
It's been a while since we bought Pollo Loco and my wife and I were hungry for their delicious chicken, rice and beans. I drove... through the drive thru ordering an 8 piece chicken meal. I ordered rice and beans only to be told they didn't have any beans. Iproceeded to substitute with macaroni and cheese. I received my order and when arriving home they gave me macaroni and cheeseand corn, I guess it was going to be one of those days.
