Really bad Customer Service. Nobody tends the register or acknowledges customers who are ready to pick up their order. Credit where credit's due: Bartender in Steelers jersey was on point. But how do you have someone working the TV (manager? That... wasn't managing?) that obviously doesn't know how to work a TV? Busy and loud and understaffed and over priced but its a go to place for a treat once in a while.
I’m still waiting for a table after arriving 45 mins ago, the staff don’t bother looking at the waiting list and it’s me... and my entire family that are stuck waiting for a services that doesn’t seem to come. The place is very understaffed as nobody came to greet us when we sat down for 20 minutes. It wasn't that busy with only 2... other tables, yet I had to go up to the bartender to order anything. Only reason for the 2 stars was the food was good and wingswere extra crispy as we requested. They really need to hire either more or better staff. So sad to see this location be thisbad. Read more
I am not a fan of writing negative reviews, in fact I usually go out of my way to find some positive in any review. However this... review is not that. I was disappointed, disgusted, shocked, and overall upset. Today my sister ordered take out from thislocation and when she got home she was taken back. What she had ordered was the wedge salad and what she got looked like someoneliterally thrown her food into a box. Now as someone who works in the food industry I completely understand that food isn'tgoing to look exactly as advertised but just look at the pictures I have provided and you'll understand. Not only that but thelettuce was visibly unwashed and it tasted that way too. Not only that's but the buffalo sauce on the salad was missing as well.My sister was surprised because the restaurant wasn't busy at all when she went to get her food. Another factor was that theinteractions with the staff were awkward as one employee didn't let them leave until she made sure the orders were right but shenever even checked the food. The rest of her party also had a poor experience as all their food was cold and looked rushed.Overall not a great experience for her and it's just disappointing :(( Read more

If I can I would give this place a 0 star. People waiting more than 30 minutes just to get there name down on the waiting list.... When they finally get to you, they tell you the bar is the only part is open due to short staff. But you see people eating inthere dining area. This is not the first time this has happen to us.
