I've went a couple times and they were closed. Never going out of my way for a sandwich from there again. Waste of gas and time.

A manager took my order and served me at 9:40ish 04/25 and my chicken was cold and smelly. My fries were extra salty and I... didn't ask for it. You had no customers at all and a good amount of staff and still your management willing gives me old foodthat should be in a waste bin. If I get sick I will report you, this is not fair to anyone that eats here. A manager served meand thats more disappointment because then you'll let your staff do it. I can't even call and I won't return now, you aregetting people sick and could kill anyone, this needs to close down or find new management for Wendy's. Read more

My experience at this particular Wendy's establishment was so bad I'll never be returning to another Wendy's again. The red... haired female employee had a lack of customer service, and the food couldn't even make up for the distasteful experience. Itwon't let me give you zero stars and so i give you a one. Waited over 30 mins for 2 combos! Grilled chicken burger absolutely dry and disgusting couldn't even finish it, no sour cream... with baked potato only thing fresh were the fries surprisingly... won't be back! Read more

This location is the worst wendys I have ever been too. Rude customer service all the food comes out wrong! The lady got angry... at me because they were trying to short me on what i ordered. No cheese on my cheese burger. Also, i specifically said noMustard on the Daves Double. But got it anywYs. It is not an ingredient on the menu. The employees need major training. The ladyalso said they were out of napkins to one customer. Then put a pile of napkins on the counter. This establishment makes allwendys look bad. They were also not trained enough for the Frosty machine. They deserve a ZERO star. It took 30 minutes to getmy order that was all wrong. Read more

Bad experience... I witnessed a manager stocking cold fries with no gloves... And touching them with her bear hands .... Like... customers can see yall???????? the floors was nasty and had trash everywhere Smh... No lids for small cups 86...no ranch...86 Nosourcream ... 86 Ice machine broken drinks with no ice ???? ...guess they don't care about there food cost... plus the manageris rude about remaking an order them messed up on by not listening to the customer the first 3 times. Just no mayo please what'sso hard about that for 3 burgers. I will never eat here ever....I got a refund asap and left so please take your chances if youwanna waste your money on bad service and nasty staff. Read more

I've gone here three times, and each time was a bad experience. 1. Took a (male) friend out to lunch. Employee kept looking at... my friend for information about my food. 2. Ordered from the drive-thru (food for 3 people), then had to wait 30 minutes in theparking lot for the food. No explanation or apology was given for the wait. 3. Went to get breakfast on the way out of town(food for 3 people). Waited 15 minutes inside the restaurant for food. There were three employees with only one of them actuallyworking. Read more

1. They don?t honor the Wendy?s app. 2. Specifically asked for a spoon for the frostee, was told ?it?s in the bag?. It wasn?t... and so waiting for the thing to melt so I can use the thin plastic straw they gave me. 3. Large fries that was I. The bag wasjust over a little half full.
