Today is Sunday November 7th.. Went and got lunch.. I don't know who was cooking this am/pm. But Bravo! Even the wings were... edible in very delicious! The batter and the gravy were done to perfection! I hope you stay awhile.. but you definitely have afuture in cooking if you want it! Read more
Understaffed by at least 2 people. Customers were coming in yelling at the staff because of the wait times. The owner of this... franchise is obviously a cheapskate and National should yank this store. It makes KFC look bad. I would bet some of thecustomers tonight never visit a KFC again. I personally waited ten minutes at the counter just to get my order taken. Read more
They had to split up my order bc they were out of chicken at a chicken place. 2 pieces I did get were very dried out. Second... time they've been out of food at this location. Plus every car that went through the drive thru had to pull forward and wait onstuff. Mainly fries. They make just enough for one or 2 orders so if you have multiple cars at once they're backed up. Ordered some food online through website twice and both times staff forgot items, one was a popcorn chicken box and the most... recent was a famous bowl. Service was fast but to forget an item is just plain lazy. I let it pass the first time but thissecond time makes me think its a recurring thing. Read more
I was really craving chicken with mashed potatoes and considering it was 9:00 at night KFC wasn't too bad except for this time... (chicken was left) it was a little bit greasy.
