We first booked A Vermont Table to cater our wedding which was meant to be in May of 2020. Then COVID happened and we postponed... our wedding, and then postponed it again until finally having the celebration in July 2022. Coridon was excellent to work withthrough the whole process. You can tell he loves what he does and it was fun listening to him come up with delicious seasonalmenus. The food was incredible!!! Everyone loved it. They made the cocktail hour display beautiful. For dinner they workedwith us to have a lot of vegetarian options that could also be side dishes so that there were lots of interesting options. Weloved that they do their best to use local and seasonal ingredients. The menu was unique and delicious. The blueberry crumblethey made for desert was amazing. Would definitely recommend A Vermont Table and we can't wait to visit and try their newrestaurant! Read more
Cory and his team were AMAZING. We held our 10/9 wedding reception at his restaurant and they catered the meal. From start to... finish it was a smooth process with excellent communication and clear and accurate price estimates. He worked with me on themenu (and gave excellent suggestions), and the food was fantastic!! Innumerable people commented on the food quality andpresentation--and I personally ate two full plates. I would recommend the venue and the food to anyone and I'm 100% happy withmy experience. Read more
My husband and I worked with Cory and A Vermont Table for our September 2021 wedding. Cory and his team were absolutely... incredible. His food is delicious. Our guests kept complimenting it and said it didn't feel like traditional wedding food whichis what we were hoping. Cory easily accomodated dietary restrictions and allergies. We had gluten free, vegan, and vegetarianguests. One of our vegan family members recently told us that it was one of the only weddings where they were able to eat a fullmeal. We also had two guests with severe, life-threatening food allergies and both were able to go through our buffet safely andeat the same food as the rest of the guests. While we were taking photos during our cocktail hour, someone came over with aplate of apps for me and my husband. The A Vermont Table team took great care of us and the food was amazing. We used A Vermont Table for our wedding reception and could not have asked for a better catering service. The food was delicious... and not stereotypical "wedding food." Chef Coridon was a pleasure to work with. He brought ideas and recommendations in order tomake our wedding menu, appetizers, and dessert the best they could be. He was even able to make cultural favorites we hadrequested that were not on the menu. Would highly recommend A Vermont Table - the food was incredibly good! Read more
