Literally just watched the barista pour the whip off of my no whip mocha and top it off with more coffee. It's a hot drink. I... can imagine some of the whip inevitably was incorporated into my drink. I started to just let it go but I vehemently do notconsume dairy. Imagine if I were allergic. Dangerous! I took my order back to the barista and explained that it tasted as if itmay have had dairy in it. And only then did she admit to "scooping the whipped cream off". She offered to remake it but veryreluctantly. This is my favorite Starbucks location! Staff is super friendly and even remembers my drink order. Even when they?re busy, they... make sure you feel valued. I visit at least every Sunday (sometimes more frequently) and have never had a single bad experiencehere. Read more

I go here all the time because I work nearby. I've yet to have a negative experience. Even if the line is long, the employees... are always pleasant and attentive. Never had a wrong order served. Sadly, businesses treating their customers horribly is the norm now, this Starbucks being no different. Up until this past... Friday, I have have ordered from this Starbucks 4-7 times a week for me and my gf. Every single week. The service was nevergreat or friendly and we considered choosing a new location to be our regular but stuck with this store because of convenience.That was a mistake. Placed my usual mobile order on Friday to pick up at 9:50 on my way to a work meeting. Get there at 9:50when it says it will be ready. About 10:10 I finally get up to ask the lady making drinks about mine as it is now 20 min late.She rudely informs me that someone else placed a mobile order for 12 drinks and so she still had 6 more to make before mine. Ithen go sit back down and she randomly comes over and was like do you want to just go get a refund? I was like, no I want mydrinks and she again was like ?well you?re going to have to wait for another 6 drinks? to be made first. These people wereseriously trying to talk themselves out of work and business. As all of this is going on, the drive thru and orders in thestore are churning through customers left and right while I keep waiting and apparently only the ?mobile lady? can make ?mobileorders?? Anyways, some guy with long hair and an attitude finally brings me my drinks 30 minutes after it said it?d be ready. Iask for a refund or discount and explain the situation and that they caused me to be late for a meeting. He just says ?that?show we do things?. Will never order from here again. Read more
Polite and fun little place. The manager is working on his laptop near the counter and chatting with customers. The baristas... went outside to check on a customer and let him know his drink was ready. Oakwood is my all-time favorite Starbucks! They just do it consistently right and go above and beyond when needed.
