This was my first time in this Moe's and it has been years since I had Moe's. The service was smooth and organized. The food... did NOT look like it had been sitting there all day. The ultimate test was to taste it and the food passed freshness and flavor.I will go here again. Read more

Moe?s of Brasselton is one of the most poorly run establishments I?ve ever seen. My quarrel is specifically with... management. New management took over some months ago. Since that has happened, the restaurant seems to just be closed wheneverthey feel like it. No notice online. Up until recently, no sign on the door. No warnings. They claim staff shortages as thereason, but in the past few months have made 0 improvements. This is the neighboring county to Gwinnett, one of the largestcounties in GA. There are plenty of people to work. This is very obviously an issue of extreme underpayment of employees by themanagement. I?ve driven from Flowery Branch 5 different times, at different times of the day, and still, no luck. Closed when Iarrived. At this point, I will not return. The manager should be fired and replaced with someone more competent. Save your timeand money. Look elsewhere. Read more

As of today 9/29/22 it's 2 stars. We ordered online and food was not ready when we arrived. When we arrived the place was mostly... empty. After waiting 10 minutes we noticed many customers coming in and going through the line getting their food and eating. Ifinally had to walk up and ask about my order which they acted surprised about. They then took another 10-15 minutes to get our2 burritos ready. It would have been better if we didn't order online at all. Instead of it saving us time, it cost us 30minutes and a lot of aggravation. We would have been in and out in 5 minutes had we ordered in store and that is ridiculous. IfMoe's can't get it right, they shouldn't offer the service. Read more

Ordered three homewrecker burritos to-go, got home and they were absolutely tiny. At 5? long and 9oz, they look like kiddie... portions. Called to ask about them and the lady on the phone didn?t care and offered no resolution. I?d recommend steeringclear of this Moes and going to the Hamilton Mill location, the portions there are perfect and the staff is always very nice. Read more

Horrible and disgusting. Service was a zero. Chips were stale yet after we asked 3 times for fresh chips we were told they were... brand new and there was no way they weren?t fresh. It?s supposedly Moes Monday and ordered a chicken burrito with only rice andcheese and was charged almost $9.00. We couldn?t even eat inside it was so nasty and dirty. Coke machine is completely out andwas asked do you want it or not. Rude staff, not a care in the world. Moes get it together. At least use the $28.00 we paid toget cleaning supplies! DO NOT COME HERE!! Frozen burritos at the general are better.. Trust me. Read more

Unbelievable! My wife and I should have known we made a mistake the moment we walked in. The employees were surly and frowning... as if we were an interruption, mean looks even though we were smiling and friendly. It was 5:30 and we were the only customers,so far. The food looked horrible but stupidly, we ordered anyway out of being too polite to walk out. I love Moes, everywherewe've visited but this place is a disgrace. Employees and manager have an attitude for no reason. Food was nonedible. Myhomewrecker burrito was folded wrong just slopped together. Food looked like it was left out way too long, maybe leftover fromanother day. Then the salsa bar was empty and I asked them to fill it. At least we could eat the chips. Not only did they DONothing, but they continued to talk on their cell phones even when they were serving as other customers had arrived. The sodatasted 'Gamey' as if something was wrong with the water. Finally we demanded our money back, $28.00. The manager asked my wifeif she knew how hard it is to run a restaurant. We are business professionals and we understand hospitality and customerservice business. We got our refund and went next door to Culver's for our dinner. What surprises me is how BAD and incompetentMoes Corporate Management must be. I just read Months of reviews, one after another, just like our review here. Shakira made my burrito today. Every time she makes my burrito, it?s late, not wrapped properly and is falling apart in the bag.... This has happened multiple times. When I called and told her the issues she responded ?Oh that?s fine sweetie?. This Moe?s isconvenient for me, but I can?t support a business that employs someone who puts in zero effort and has horrible customerservice. Shakira should be ashamed of herself. Read more

Honestly I was disappointed. I upgraded my meal to add guacamole and a drink for $2.89. I was charged $2.99. Let?s just say... false advertisement. And the guacamole I mean was a spoon size. Looking at the picture I thought atleast a small bowl size-Nope!Next time I?m going to the Moe?s by the mall of Georgia- they are 100% better. Read more
