Food was great , I had the long horn medium rare, service could have been alot better!
The food and service were good. The speed of the kitchen was slower than expected. Seemed to be well staffed yet the place was... dirty. Several staff standing near front door doing nothing, all the while their work area was also nasty. Maybe sweep the floorand windex the glass. I hope the kitchen was better. Our server was pleasant and efficient. The was well cooked. Hopefully, inthe future the cleanliness will match the price they charge. Read more
This busy place sells steaks of various sizes and shapes. Each steak is of decent thickness for a chain restaurant, generally... of Choice quality (not Prime) and for the most part, cooked to your instruction. Sides are good but I can't recommend adding ashrimp topper to your steak as the taste is not worth the added price. Service was good but the host station does not keep goodtabs on wait times / status of tables. Read more
First time visiting a Longhorn Steakhouse. Serivce was great and so was the food. They have dishes that make sense to me. Like... adding a couple shrimp skewers to your meal. Or the shrimp and steak meal! A steak meal for kids which was great for our littleone. We ordered a margarita too which was so good! The only issue we had was the appetizer we ordered. It was incredibly salty-we couldn't eat it nor did we take it with us- it was the onion. Having never been there before we weren't sure if it's meant tobe that way so we didn't mention it. Read more
This is hands down the best Longhorn I've ever been to. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. I... ordered the outlaw ribeye and my wife had the parmesan crusted chicken. Both dishes were prepared perfectly. Read more
Every time I?ve visited the restaurant I am amazed by the service I receive. Typically, I sit at the bar and Lexy is my server... and she is AMAZING. We've frequented the Commerce, Georgia, LongHorn's for over a year (time flies), every Monday for months. Nowadays, only a few... servers are there that we know. We're very selective when it comes to the server. The house was packed and our favorite serverswere slammed. On a wing and a prayer, we were sat with a server who was absolutely wonderful! We regret not getting her name, soto ask for her in the future. ???? There was a high school event that Saturday night, so the place was full with large parties.Our area had high volume noise and activity, which was not an atmosphere we relaxed in and enjoyed. We totally understandrestaurant business and am only commenting on atmosphere because we rated it a 3, whereas all others were given a 5.
