We usually get here 5 mins before 6 am & they are always quick with service, the food is always right, fresh and tasty and I... love the points!!!!! My pregnant wife had a fall and I needed food for her as well as all the nurses and staff at NGMC. Christian heard my story and... passed it on to Selma. They were amazing and got my order in my hands within 5 minutes. I rushed the food to Labor and Deliverywithin 5 minutes to feed the wonder people caring for my wife. Always super fast drive thru and friendly, each employee calls you by name once they ask the 1st time. And let me add, they are... accepting and taking donations and a part of the proceeds from an order of six chocolate chip cookies ($8 & something), thatgoes towards children's healthcare of Atlanta & OMG THESE ARE THE BIGGEST & best CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES EVERRR! I usually tryto donate when I can whether I get something in return for it or not, but this was totally more than worth it! Keep it upchick-fil-a! If it's good all the way down to the crew, that's how you know not only is there good management, but includingeveryone else up the rest of the chain. The service that's provided from each drive through worker or the person passing outfood through the window, I have yet to experience anything other than absolute best service, kindness, & courtesy! I meaneveryone is a human being, but the fact that I have yet to even see " , any worker in any position having any type of bad dayand taking it out on the customer or even allowing the customer to know that they are not in a good mood by having an attitudeetc. To me that just says a lot about the core values of the restaurant in the business itself! This used to be my favorite location for the spicy chicken sandwich. Because they're so fast and they deliver to your car.... Employee are nice. You don't get delivery to your car anymore. My $5.40 deluxe spicy chicken sandwich chicken piece was sosmall. It tasted very salty too. Maybe just a one off. My husband's regular spicy chicken sandwich was very good to him. Read more
Ran by here Saturday afternoon on August 27 for a quick bite on the way to an event, and it was packed. Despite that, the line... was moving fairly quick until the inevitable happened - two consecutive Matts were in the drive through. We got to the window,and upon the order description, the manager knew immediately that the guy in front of us had grabbed ours. Without dropping abeat, she turned into the kitchen, replayed our entire order by memory, and it was out the window in literally twominutes. Ordered a regular cobb salad with Uber eats. Customized it with warm spicy grilled chicken & Italian dressing. I received a... thrown together mess of their southwest & cobb salads mixed together. Bacon, corn, egg, tomato. Got the avocado lime dressinginstead of Italian. The chicken I received was cold & not spicy at all. It was also uncut. I placed my order well beforeclosing, but this is just terrible. It is the complete opposite of what I ordered. I will be following up in the morning as thisruined my dinner. Read more
