The credit card machine was not working. This wasn't communicated until after the order was placed. But wait, there's more. I... was told that they didn't have any ketchup. Really? This was a poor experience. The employees were very loud and silly whilepotential customers entered and exited because they didn't have cash. This is obviously not a well run business. I have been coming to this location since the grand opening. This location must have been sold by the original owner because he... would have never allowed it to become the wreck it is now. How long does a location milk the plandemic by keeping the diningroom closed!!! They certainly can?t say its because of lack of help, there was 11 people there during this visit around 9:30 am.The original owner ran this location drive thru and dining room open with 4 people I guess that emphasizes the quality ofmanagement and staff. I have tried three times in the morning to get breakfast at this location. Whenever they are busy they just stop taking orders... for minimum of 8 minutes. Today I watched the entire line clear from the window and they refused to take orders for 10 minutes.Finally after they started taking orders it took another 10 minutes to receive my order. Who leaves 20+ minutes early so theycan sit in a drive thru for a biscuit? Oh and the lobby is closed so you can?t walk in to order either. I hope they either getbetter management or close this place and a better restaurant chain take its place. Read more
I go to Bojangles in Athens on the west side every morning, BUT I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS ONE AND KIERRA- I got something... for you ma?am. I don?t care what your title is?.. YOU SHOULD NEVER SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT! I will be on the phone withwhomever I need to be on the phone with to make sure this is corrected. And to the lady that lied to me and said I COULDN?T GETA RECEIPT, I KNOW BETTER!!! You are supposed to give a receipt for EVERY ORDER?. Obviously Bojangles is going to need to pay their employees a little more to get more & quality help. My husband waited 45 min... today for a few biscuit sandwiches.... and the biscuits were barely done. I couldn't even eat mine because I was biting intoalmost raw dough. I don't care how much you hate your job or you think you're not paid well enough... do your job properly &efficiently or quit. Owner/Manager.... figure it out or sell the business to someone who will. Read more
Service was fast. Even with the drive thru speaker broken. They filled my box and bag up!
Sign states dinning room open but door states closed? Won?t take long to change out the lettering
This location is not a fast food restaurant because it is ALWAYS slow. They have started to say cash only so they do not have... slot of people in drive thru and they are still slow. 15-20 mins at 6 something in the morning??? Only 3 cars Ridiculous Read more
