Had take out lunch while visiting family in the hospital around the corner. I ordered with the app and once I walked in an... employee took my name and told me my order would be up soon. My food was exquisite. My fries were hot, my jamocha shake was refreshing, and my buffalo chicken wrap was perfect. However, my... experience at the drive through window was not. This tall brown guy with curly had a horrid attitude. I am appalled by suchbehavior. I pulled to the window and he ignored me due to his phone. I had to tap on the window to get his attention and histone of voice with me was rude. I love Arbys food, but unfortunately I cannot say the same about the staff. Read more

We?ve been to this Arby?s location several times over the last few years and service is consistently friendly, and usually fast... and accurate. Although my order wasn?t 100% accurate tonight (I was missing a sandwich), and the classic roast beef sandwichesdidn?t ring up 2/$6 as advertised on the signage, the service was friendly as always, the restaurant appeared clean, and thefood quality was exceptional. My son wanted Arby's and I obliged. We haven't been to this location since it opened. Every table is dirty and so are the... floors. Parts of the menu board are obscured by their order screens. Area in the kitchen is dirty and trashed. My sandwich washalf sliced half shredded. The only thing redeeming was the milkshake and AC. Probably won't be back to this location. For theprice, Culver's is a better option next door. Read more
