For a quick stop, it's great. Friendly, fast, and makes a good coffee. Clean washrooms too

My dad and I were in the mood for some donuts so we came to this location like we always do since it is very convenient, and I... enter the store to order a dozen assortment. They had between 12-15 different donuts on display and the worker gives me 4different flavours. I even told him I wanted a variety. I am not happy and do not want to associate myself with this again. I don?t usually review places but this is a must I Live in the area and I visit this location almost every day, and I must say... the worst location I?ve ever been too ???? not once have they got an order right in almost 3 years my family and I have startedbetting on what they will get wrong every time we visit, service is extremely slow, management is poor, and the staff are highlyunqualified. I went to pickup my order around 7:20 am, I had ordered a dozen muffins for a very important meeting at my office. I was in rush... and picked my order, drove to work and while setting the Snack station I found that they had only given me 06 muffins. I was soangry as I only had 10 mins left for the meeting. Had to drive to Tims nearby and got a box of half a dozen muffins. Called theTims at Conklin road and spoke to Martha, She asked to pick up the muffins which I declined and picked up the next day in themorning for next meeting. It is very disappointing to see all these reviews about the same issue, lack of attention. I am giving04 starts as the problem is rectified and that worked for me but what if i didn't want it for the next day, they didn't had anyother option for me. this place is terrible. they never have any of the items u ask for and the staff are incredibly rude. me and my friend had to go... to the bathroom so we went in together, like girls usually do you know. when we come out like 3 staff are staring at us and thenthey yell ?ONLY ONE PERSON IN THE BATHROOM IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN YOUR GETTING KICKED OUT? like how was i supposed to know, therewas no sign saying so nor any indication that only 1 person was allowed. terrible costumer service, she could?ve atleast beennice about it. i?ve had this girl before and she?s very very rude, no one in the area thinks she nice. 1 star.
