I wanted to redeem my points and the guy on the front counter kept on arguing with me. I tried my level best to explain him but... it took him forever to understand still he kept on criticizing with me . He was laughing at my face and kept on chewing a gum. I order a coffee and two donuts earlier. One Villina and honey dipped and they have me two homey dipped. Then messes up my... coffee I said 3 milk 4 sugar and they did triple triple with milk.. seriously horrible Tim's ever.. should have gone to the oneacross from the civic Center Read more
My mom went to go and get me a coffee as a surprise today... when she went the worker was RIDICULOUSLY RUDE. An old lady with... grey hair. She said she was the manager. If so, she should be fired. No manager should be speaking to customers this way. Shewas hostile before my mom could even get a word in. She started arguing with my mom so much that she started making the coffeebefore my mom could pay, then demanded "Well, are you going to pay me??" My mom had had enough and after being harrassed theENTIRE time her order was made she walked right out of there without any coffee. Workers here are not WARDENS and should NOT betreating customers like their PRISONERS. This is unacceptable. Be nicer. We will never be returning to this location again. Read more

Frequent line-ups and long waiting times for a simple coffee because take-out orders are prioritized over walk-in coffee... customers. Staff are unapologetic for making patrons wait for coffee and many times there is no-one at all waiting on walk-incoffee customers. Very poor customer service indeed. Read more
