I?m regular customer at this location. Employees in morning shift are the best. But every evening the worst service I get, this... has been several times now that they just take order and while collecting the order they just say they don?t have that item instock. This is not acceptable. Why you take order if that?s not in stock and why to wait time being queued up fornothing. Everyone for wrap they have different excuses as I over heard once they say it?s time consuming so they just get rid ofmaking it. Read more

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. The morning manager is incredibly rude and has absolutely no customer service. While... the girl that was taking my order said yes no problem to me ?special request? the manager jumps on the headset and very rudelystarts telling me how they can?t modify anything and ?you get what you get?. When I asked if this was only a thing at thisspecific Tim?s because everywhere else has no problem doing it she continued to be rude and basically said get over it or don?torder. So I didn?t order. When I called the store to address the behaviour of this person is when I found out it was themanager that had been speaking to me like this. She went off and then when I tried saying the behaviour was unacceptable shehung up on me. Never thought I?d boycot a Tim?s or write a review (I?ve never written a review for anything but I work customerservice and I would get fired if I ever spoke to someone the way she spoke to me). Worst Tim Hortons ever! I live close by and our family doctor is in the same plaza, so we have been visiting this since last... year. And they have failed to supply us with the correct order. Their service is ridiculous. No management at all. I see peoplerunning all over the place, which itself is not clean. Toilets are filthy. Day 1: Espresso machine broken, informed me after Ipaid. Day 2: Extra grilled panini ordered, got cold pieces of cheese and white bread. Day 3: Ordered decaf for my pregnant wife,and espresso in my regular. They put the espresso in the decaf. Day 4: AFTER I PAID for the whole order, they informed me thatthey have replaced Dark Roast with regular. Everything bagel to all grain. How are they still in the business, idk. WORST PEOPLEEVER! Waited over 25 mins in the drive thru. Becoming not worth it - every drive thru in Brantford is ridiculously slow. Hire more... staff or open more branches, you?re slower than almost all other fast food restaurants now. If you can?t keep up with foodorders or skip orders, then don?t do them!
